Dear Readers/Friends/Tumblr-peeps,

As I said in a previous post I’m going through a lot. A lot of medical issues from the psychological to the physical to the life-threatening have been happening. Despite all this, I’ve missed you all even if I’ve had to put everything to the background. The Yellow Rose is a special part of my heart and you readers have been a major part of that, even if we’re a small fandom.

So, even though this scares me half to death, I have a request from you while I go through my psych stuff, a test for myself so to speak.

I want to hear your criticisms about my work. I’m not asking you to compare it to some of the bigger and more infamous fics of the TTTE fandom, but of my work itself. Editing, rephrasing, the way characters are written. I want to hear your voices, compliments are nice and I’ve received many, but complaints too. Whether it’s how I’ve written the original characters, what you like or dislike about Camille, or if the plot irritates you. All I ask is that you don’t be mean, I’m not asking you to roast me here, just to critique it so I can know how to make it better. I will respond to anything in the ask or replied here in due time and while I don’t expect rapid responses, I’m not sure how I’ll do to a blank inbox haha.

I know I haven't posted much, but I recently got back into my special interest of TTTE and have been working on my conductor OC, Teresa (Tinker) Belle!

She is the great niece of Mr. Conductor, and runs a railway called Shining Rails! A Heritage Railway that takes in old and / or worn down important engines!

Her main engines are Lady and Hiro, and she's just a little goofball tbh,,,

I wanted to make this post as a little tribute and Thank you to Britt Allcroft for treasured memories and inspiration.

I was born in 1992, Shining Time Station was still airing but I wouldn't get into Thomas until I was 4. I used to watch it with my mom on PBS. From the moment I saw Thomas and Mr. Conductor (George Carlin) I was hooked.

The scenic scenery,the stories ,the narration from Mr. C, and the friendly designs of the engines were just so .... Magical.

My family would get me Thomas merchandise from time to time, my favorite of course was Gordon but little me didn't know her numbers or his name so I would tell my family I like the blue one and of course they automatically would think of Thomas. It's just such a funny memory that wouldn't have happened or be remembered if it hadn't been for Britt Allcroft bringing Thomas to the screen.

Now that I'm older I can fully appreciate the series and even work on my own fan projects. Even though it will never be seen by those that worked on the show I hope it will light a spark of creativity and imagination in others like Awdry and Britt have done for us.

So keep shining on Thomas fans!

Britt Allcroft, creator of the Thomas and Friends TV show, has passed away. It's the beginning of the year and there's already a celebrity death. She brought joy to millions worldwide through Thomas, and transformed the little tank engine into the global icon that he is today. May she rest in peace.

FINALLY!!!!! After nearly a year of inactivity, I got the Exterior and Interior of Shining Time Station (The station) done!

The once friendly small town of Shining Time has greatly expanded after the end of the original STS. It is now a big bustling city, but at the cost of its safety and friendliness. As time passed, more and more people began to move into the small town, attracted to its beauty, friendly people, safety, and affordability. At first Shining Timers were thrilled to see their little town grow, but they would soon find out that not all that moved to Shining Time had good intentions. Crime began to rise in the city, some in the new police department began to show their true colors, much to the horror and disgust of the older Shining Timers. Shining Time Station seemed to be the only safe place in the city, keeping its friendly and helpful nature thanks to those like Stacy Jones, her friends, and figures like head of the Indian Valley Railway J.B. King and mayor Flopdinger insured the station's safety. Even the shadiest of passengers couldn't help but give a genuine smile while there. There was just something about that place. But just like Shining Time City, Shining Time Station wouldn't be able to hold back the darkness of human hearts. On one busy day, the station became the target of a drive by shooting, which ended in the passing of one passenger. After much thought and serious discussions, J.B. King decided it best to shut down the station. The city posed too much of a danger to visitors and station staff. Now, it sits closed and abandoned at the edge of Shining Time City. forgotten to time, however after an incident with Romeo, people might just begin to talk about that special place again.
