It’s been an exhaustive search for what we want to travel in. Airstream was our first choice but after a lot of research and not finding a lot to work with given our time frame and budget, we had to look elsewhere. We unfortunately were also told that Airstream chose not to partner with us during our travels, so here we are! Although we are bummed they didn’t choose ya, we went in with the mindset of “hope for the best, expect the worst.” Matt and I never thought we’d ever be “those people” looking at purchasing a camper; they’re not the best sights to see and, to be honest, when we think of campers, we think of folks in their late 60s. Come to find out, they’re actually pretty neat! For how small they are, they’re able to fit a lot of odds and ends inside their frames. If anyone has experience with R-Pods by Forest River, Vintage Cruisers by Gulf Stream, and Capri - also by Gulf Stream, let us know! These are our top three picks and we’d love to know your traveling experience with/in them! For now, we’ll still be on the hunt for our summer house on wheels!

Who Knew Airstream HQ is in Ohio?
Tumblr media
Today is the first official adventure of our quest to complete 50 Acts of Kindess with a possible agenda of hitting all 50 states. Who knows, maybe we’ll spend a day chucking corn for local farmers?
Currently we’re in route to Jackson Center, the home of Airstream, in Columbus, Ohio. We are hoping that Airstream will guide us along our journey by providing solid travel advice and a possible camper donation to help fund our travels. Airstream has always been a dream of ours to travel in given their comfort, style, and livability qualities that we find fit our lifestyle for the journey we’re about to partake on.
Fingers crossed. Airstream, here we come! (By the way, it’s 4:30am in Nashville 😴).
