Despite this, you can still die of injury, so the world is incredibly cushioned and safe, clothes are stuffed, wearing helmets and other protective wear are common, and all risky jobs are made by machines. Killing people is a rarity, but punished severely by keeping you alive but in pain by dislocating joints and stuff

A little girl's ghost has been going about in the world. All the other ghosts had moved on a long time ago, forgiving their killers or forgiving themselves for being reckless, but not her, for she can't remember the time she was alive and has no one or nothing to truly forgive

One day, she finds someone that can see her

A school system where the children aren't graded and there's no exams or homework or anything and after teaching the very basics of reading, writing, adding, subtracting, and basic biology stuff children do whatever

The kids choose the types of classes they take n the subjects they want to learn and when they turn 16 they can either leave school and go to work or keep on studying what they want and lots of teachers are hired bc of the many different classes and the government gives a lot of money to the school system and everyone is happy forever

A species of fungus has evolved and it can now posess human corpses and move their muscles around like they're alive again, with a whole new consciousness. There have even been some news reports that there is a new mutation that can posess alive humans, and it is advised to stay inside

Because people are stupid, soon enough around half of the human population got infected, and are walking the streets trying to spread their spores, like a zombie apocalypse. Normal humans are fighting back by setting the infected in fire

You were one of the first alive people that got infected, but somehow the process didn't work correctly and now you have a little fungus buddy friend with you in your brain

You both realised this apocalypse was wrong, and are now trying to make both humans and funguses stop trying to kill/take over eachother, while trying to hide what you truly are to both sides

After thousands of years, the world uses only one language universally. Speaking anything other than that becomes illegal and an attack against humanity. Plurilingual people are starting to become a myth. One day, an ancient artifact is discovered, written in a different language no one can figure out

Walking through a museum, you come across the artifact, and can read what it says perfectly

It's a danger message that warns that humanity will become extinct when the earth crashes against mars

It's your first date with someone you met on a dating site, and you're very nervous. Tapping on your assigned restaurant table, you notice a girl walk in towards you. She sits on the other end of the table, and you recognize her from the photos of herself she sent you. True, her nose looks a bit different, her chin is less sharp, and her hair is a different shade of brown, but oh well, at least she didn't just use pictures of a completely different person and just photoshopped herself. You've had worst dates

As she begins to look at the menu, she apologizes for being late. You say it's fine, and begin to look at random places to think of a conversation starter

In one of the windows, you see your date, looking exactly like how she looked in her pictures, looking horrified at you two

God, even the priest reminded me of him

I closed my eyes as I felt the priest hug me holding me close to his chest. His robes smelled weird and I fell asleep
