“Concrete / Wound”, a split release between Concrete/Field and I has just been released on Invisible City Records. 4 tracks, 2 on each side from both of us.
“One side per artist, each with their unique style but ultimately working towards a similar, defined aesthetic. Dense drones and removed landscapes recall views just outside of our peripheral. Like trying to remember a distant memory, only for it’s details to seem blurred. Four tracks of abstract ambient music that have a very strong sense of place and allow you to get lost in their architecture.”
Hand dubbed black C40 cassette. Double sided full colour artwork on 200gsm silk stock. Limited to 50 copies. ICR17£4.50 / free digital download.
It’s been a good journey having this released and I hope it does stir up some emotions when hearing. Hope you enjoy it!
