Somewhat outdated Runner art along with some equally somewhat outdated refs for both Runner and Ambuscade. Good enough as refs for now, though you can probably already spot design changes between the ref and the drawing for Runner. They will be updated, at some point at least.

Runner is based off a Lionfish while Ambuscade is based off a Betta fish. Yes the spines are poisonous.

Designs are also completely free to use as long as you credit me. Feel free to add your own spins to the design as well!

I uhh... I "may" have forgotten to post my art stuff here cuz i got distracted with Warframe 1999 (Amir is best boi) and hype for Monster Hunter Wilds (Except you, Gravios, y'know what you did). Whoops, my bad lol.

Sooo to make up for it, have this big glowy BOI! (Glowing not included cuz i ain't adding abunch of glowy effects lmao)

Behold, The Star Father! For the world of Undergrowth, he's basically the capital G God. The "Primordial Light", he's the first light in a very literal sense. You can also imagine him as Radiances dad! (Which he pretty much is, but more in the "I created you in my image to do my miracles" kinda way.)

My main inspiration for making his design was this one post i saw on Reddit of someone putting Necrozma bits on Radiance and saying it was her "Halloween costume" But it's been awhile so i might be misremembering it. Plus that and i thought Ultra Necrozma would be cool AF to draw as a big ol' Divine moth of light and stuff.

Again, sorry for randomly just disappearing! I uhh, i get distracted very easily lol.

I started doing 150% Mine runs only playing with @diantheia, and we can hardly make it to 135, without someone dying.

I finally started playing solo 150% rounds, and it turns out the previous runs were just the two of us being cursed again, because I got "A Hard Place" on my second attempt. The first attempt ended at 190 (died from Ambush).

During this round, I thought of an old post of mine and started to imagine Jack watching over hidden cameras and narrating like some crackhead sports announcer. Good motivator.

people probbaly already figured it out but painter can for sure see imaginary friend right [ill be referring to imaginary friend as lucy] iirc everytime ive gotten the painter room while having lucy he says that line; 'if you dare compare me to that knock off toy>youre dead to me' and it would make a lot of sense for him to be referring to lucy lucy was intended to just be a toy painter speaks outside of where he resides [he can be a disembodied voice]--trust me thats relevant but i cannot explain it for the life of me [smth abt how lucy is kind of a disembodied voice] yall im so bad at explaining help

she doesnt slither she literally CRAWLS WITH FULLSPEED AT YOU ( can also crawl on the ceiling) , you'll know that shes gonna be chasing you if you hear sounds of chains being dragged and see scratches all over the floor. she'll stop chasing you if you keep running till she runs out of energy and has to stop. Lockers dont work on her, she isnt dumb and rips them off.

shes a bit underweight cuz sometimes she vomits and she somehow still has the strength to crawl at fast speeds and rip off locker doors
