Bytch Fest: In My Feelings #inmyfeelings #trustnoone #backstabber #thanks #bytchfest #livelovelaugh #donttakeitpersonal For the last couple months I have been living with a chronic pain in my back, almost like a knife was being jabbed in it, a little here and a little there. I knew there was a problem but trying to see the best in every situation, I thought that over time the stingy would go away. Yesterday was the worst that it could have ever been to where I felt a crippling sense that I needed to hide away because I was hurt. I opened my heart and I opened my mind to rid myself from the pain, thinking that it would get better on its own and that it was my fault for letting the stabbing continue and not fixing the issue. But this morning as I woke up, my first thoughts where on the many times I've felt those knives. At some point today along the way of working and mentally working through some other issues I have been currently dealing with, I can say the stabbing is gone. I am 205+ pounds lighter and I do not have to worry about being stabbed in the back any longer ❤. Moral of my story: When a person is in a vulnerable place in their life and they open up to you about how at times they feel broken within, it is not okay to break their trust and spread gossip. Maybe it's just me but when I see that someone is going through things and they confide in me with some of their darkest places they are or have been, I would never beat someone when they are already down. But I did learn a valuable lesson. When someone shows you who they really are, it's real. And it is not my responsibility to continuously search for a reason to prove otherwise. Relationship

For couples so eager to call it quits💔 and throw in the towel on your relationships because everything isn’t “perfect”🤭... here is some food for thought🤔. Lifelong commitment is not what most people think it is😯. It's not waking up every morning to make breakfast and eat together🍳🥞🍽. It's not cuddling in bed until both of you fall asleep, peacefully, at night🛌. It's not a clean home filled with laughter and lovemaking, everyday💐. It's someone who steals all the covers (and snores!) 😳😴. It's slammed doors 🚪 and a few harsh 🖕🏼words🤬🤬, at times. It’s stubbornly disagreeing 😡😠 and giving each other the silent treatment 😶 until your hearts heal💔💔...and, then...FORGIVENESS💙❤️! It’s coming home 🏠 to the same person💏, everyday, that you know LOVES💑 and CARES about you in spite of (and because of) who you are. It's laughing🤪🤪 about the one time you accidentally did something stupid😜. It's about dirty laundry😝 and unmade beds 🛏WITHOUT finger pointing👉🏾👈🏽. It's about helping each other with the hard work of life! 🤝 It's about swallowing the nagging words instead of saying them out loud🤮🤢. It's about eating the easiest meal you can make and sitting down together at a late hour 🕛 to eat because you both had a crazy day 🙆🏻‍♀️🙆🏽‍♂️. It's when you have an emotional breakdown 🙇🏻‍♀️🙇🏻‍♂️and your Love ❤️💙lays with you and holds you and tells you everything is going to be okay😍...and you BELIEVE them☺️☺️. It's about still loving someone even though, sometimes, they make you absolutely insane🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♂️. Loving someone is not easy🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♂️....sometimes it's extremely hard🙎🏽‍♂️🙍🏽‍♀️; but it's amazing and comforting and one of the BEST things you'll ever experience!💏
