In the off chance anyone comes here: I like video games (mostly, but not exclusively, Nintendo stuff), and have no other real hobbies.Aro, most likely Ace (still trying to figure that one out).

The fact that you can't save before Kaiser Sigma specifically should be considered an actual crime.
This might be an unpopular opinion, but I think Mega Man games should have let you save your progress between fortress levels since day 1. I should be allowed to take a break from Kaiser Sigma without having to lose an hour’s worth of progress

Finally gave Paper Mario: The Origami King a replay after having finally had a chance to play through Paper Mario 64 and The Thousand-Year Door (Remake).
I'd say it's still pretty good!
...although, I do think the combat system was maybe a bit undercooked... or overcooked? Seasoned wrong? Whatever the case, at least it isn't fundamentally bad like Sticker Star and Color Splash's combat. I just think it could use some tweaking if they decide to use it again in the next one... though I also wouldn't be too upset if this particular style didn't return.
...also, really hoping that they go back to NPCs having more unique designs, but I can't imagine that's an uncommon opinion.

I think one reason X4’s story is so compelling compared to some other games in the series is that the Sigma Virus doesn’t play a part in it. Sigma doesn’t possess anyone; he just manipulates the heroes into fighting each other and it leads to innocent lives being lost in tragically preventable ways
