i can truly only be awake for like 8 hours before the depression kicks in
#maybe i should learn how to take naps#but that would mean dealing with a whole lot because the main reason i cant nap is i get anxious about falling asleep quick enough that i am#not spending the majority of the carved out nap time awake which makes it impossible to fall asleep at all#also why i cant be hypnotized or cum in front of a person etc etc
