Listen prongsfoot makes me so violently ill because u have Sirius completely and utterly overwhelmed by his adoration that he sees james as perfect and completely unable to make mistakes but james isn’t so when he does everything hurts way more than it would’ve.

And then theres james who’s people pleasing as just wants to live up to what sirius sees him as so he tries to and makes promises he knows he can’t keep so now u’ve got betrayal mixed in too.

AND the only way they can fix this is by communicating but they’re both stubborn so who knows hiw long that takes.

Idk why but I always see sirius as the taller one in the relationship, like both him and james are tall but sirius is taller than james 1 to 2 centimeters and james is always whining bc he's supposed to be the biggie. Anyway, james is still beefy af and sirius is like "I hate that you can choke me with your arms (no please I love it), imagine I'm sleeping peacefully and you accidentally choke me to death (nah, that's the greatest pillow ever)"

This took me forever to finish!! I wanted to draw Sirius playing the piano like the Iconic scene from Queen where Freddie plays it upside down. Sirius learned classical Piano and violin from a young age as it was the "proper" music in his household. He saw James performing with his mandolin and singing his heart out. And he broke all the "rules" of music and it was chaotic and beautiful and melodious and Sirius fell in love.

just done watching the fifth movie today, and felt like I wanted to make something like this again.. I did a redraw of the third movie here, while Sirius was asking for Harry to stay with him (first pict). And I think somehow it can be related to the fifth movie where Sirius told Harry that he was at James’ when he ran away from his house. besides the fact that Sirius was Harry’s godfather, I think he wanted to stay with Harry because he didn’t want Harry to feel any worse than what he’d ever felt before. he just wanted to welcome Harry just like James and the Potters welcome him. to feel a real home, to feel a real family. and that second pict, I made it shows Sirius went home with James.
