Project Incubus have one of the strongest bonds observed amongst test subjects, each subject has been observed to go into fits of distress when separated from other subjects.

Recorded Abilities: Can ���see” the most likely course of a person's future when he looks at them, seems to be heightened by direct eye contact. Can compel a person to reveal their inner most secrets against their will.

Notes following testing:

Project Gog can discern parts of someone’s future simply by looking at and focusing on them, and these powers are sharpened greatly by eye contact. Avoid direct eye contact with the subject at all costs during testing. 

It was observed by (as he was then) Colonel Warren that the subject is also able to compel his victims into revealing their inner most secrets, against their will. 

He appears to have a fascination with card games. Do NOT under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES engage the subject in a card game. This is his primary method and preferred method for extracting hidden truths. 

It is advised to bring Project Banshee into test chambers with Project Gog in an effort to keep secrets about other subjects from being revealed.

Aea is much more powerful than her appearance and powers may lead one to believe, we suggest approaching with caution.

Project Aea was given a simple version of the Sierpinski triangle as a symbol because it was believed that she sensed the patterns and fractals in the plants around her and assimilated herself into those patterns, or somehow mimicked them in order to disappear. We still do not fully understand how she vanishes or where she goes.

Project Aea has a great fondness for plants, even while she remains in human form. Various tests have been run concurrently on both her and a series of potted plants to see how closely linked with them she is, and test the type of bond she shares with them. 

Do NOT let Project Aea outside unsupervised under ANY conditions! She will be almost impossible to track down again if she escapes!

Recorded Abilities:  Problem solving, always in the right place at the right time; Named Icarus because of the magic yarn Dedalus gave to Ariadne to escape the labyrinth, able to find his way through impossible dark passageways of puzzles.

Project Icarus is perhaps one of the least well understood subjects to ever be apprehended by Blackwing agent

When Supervisor Riggins first brought in Project Icarus, then aged 12, he informed his team that Icarus displayed certain psychic properties. 

However, Project Icarus consistently failed to pass even the most basic psychic assessments generally employed by Project Blackwing

 It has been recorded that Icarus works better when exposed to certain other Projects, such as Moloch and Lamia

Icarus has also been shown to have positive effects on Project Incubus, though the effects of this exposure can be draining

Recorded Abilities: Similar to Project Marzanna. Project Dullahann kills people, but instead of heading potential problems off before they can cause trouble, he has to kill people after they have already caused problems.

Marked the first apprehended project the jurisdiction of current Chief Supervisor Benjamin Warren.

Blackwing files must be updated for the changed alias of Project Dullahann from birth name Owen Jonathan Priest to Cole Weylen.

Highly volatile and must be kept sedated to ensure the safety of doctors and agents when not testing.

Recorded Abilities:   Given the moniker of "the invisible guy", being one of four disappearing subjects. Project Wraith’s skin blends in with what's around him, but he's still solidly there. He steals but he always knows what he needs to steal and how to sell it or whatever.

Similar tracking equipment that is implemented is that in Project Abaddon must be used to ensure the maintained visual contact with Project Wraith.

Motion and thermal cameras and monitors must be in use at all time. 

Bare minimum of equipment must be taken into Project Wraith’s containment facility to avoid Project Wraith apprehending the objects

Further testing to ensure Project Wraith’s loyalty to Blackwing for possible governmental use of abilities

Hi!

Yes, the characters are in varying degrees of planned out. Some are completely fleshed out, some have more information than others but all have been given face claims and some form of information (If there’s a symbol from Max Landis, we have the character)

Following the end of World War II, the United States government launched Operation Paperclip to recruit foreign scientists to the CIA, to head up a covert operation known as Project Black Book. As far as the public was to be concerned, these scientists, with heavy military aid, sought out and examined alleged Soviet spies that had infiltrated American society. What they found went far beyond Soviet technology. In actuality, they studied people with strange abilities that could not be explained by any advanced scientific theories. Black Book documented a wide range of abilities the likes of which had never been seen, and soon discovered these people to be global phenomenon. Once nearly a dozen subjects had been apprehended, Project Black Book was re-designated Project Blackwing.

As of June 12, 1995, Blackwing security was overrun, leading to the mass escape of all 50 Projects. It was decided that the Projects would be allowed to return to society, but that Blackwing would continue to monitor them from a distance. After serious funding cuts, attention shifted to primarily focus on Projects Icarus and Incubus.

Data Entry: Project Mot Journal Entry

Douglas stumbled through the hall leaving his bedroom, rubbing sleep from his eyes with the heel of his palms. Somehow he made it to the kitchenette without bumping into the walls too much. With the kettle set to boil on the stove, Douglas instinctively stood by the sunroom where the windows were ceiling to floor overlooking the foggy shore ahead.

The night took a toll on him, Mr. Priest had returned and he spent the dark hours hunched over bleeding words into the journal of Project Brontes. Sleep had been an elusive companion recently. The stories and memories always finding themselves when he least wanted them.

The kettle whistled sharply, pulling Douglas from his revie. He watched mutely as the steaming rose above the mug as the water sent the tea leaves swirling. All of the stress that was pent up soothed away as he took the mug in both hands, letting himself soak in the warmth through the pottery.

With mug in hand, he left the kitchen for the sun room that overlooked the coast. Ink dyed waves crashed against the sandy shore and greying clouds clung to the horizon threatening a storm. Douglas gave little care and placed the mug on a small table beside the threadbare armchair he prefered. A journal sat beside the mug, on the cover was scratched WRAITH in a hurry. His story didn’t hurt as much as the others, and on some occasion, brought a faint chuckle to Douglas.

The stories always came, one way or another. His home was now littered with journals filled with their lives. Some stories Douglas would wish to forget or to never have known, but it's almost comforting, to know their freedom following their escape. This was his gift, to know.
