This is King Shizi, father of Prince Ceasar. Before making their way to Okinawa, these creatures originated in the mountains of ancient China. He wears body armor created by the monks who worship him as a protector deity. Armor is fashioned after the Shiji lion statues that we see in modern day. I also gave his species 4 fingers and toes to be more in line with the statues.

His and his son’s pose are based off of those old martial art films I watched as a kid, in particular, the Once Upon a Time in China series with Jet Li.
