- listen to music with headphones in, crank your fave songs and go somewhere like the park and just be with yourself

- try yoga!!!!

- research something that will help you in the future. if you want to travel to start a new life, start planning! 

this is your only life, don’t live it in the shadows! do what you have to do in order to be excited for everyday again. let life give you a new perspective by trying new and exciting things. i hope this helped, love.
