BASE MANIFESTATION .EXE - ENEIHAL
A manifestation .exe that you can add into your spells for an extra "Oomph" or some sweet soothing - ENEIHAL.EXE.
If you don't know what a manifestation .exe is, read this.
Main spellwork categories: Cleansing, purification, sweetening, soothing.
Pronounced "eh-nehi-aahl."
Usage requires basic energy work skills: Identifying, invoking, manipulating, and directing energy.
To summon the energy of ENEIHAL for use, simply chant its name while focusing its energy surrounding you / your subject. The more chanting you do, the more concentrated the energy becomes.
Keep in mind that Eneihal’s energy is sensitive to intense emotions, and you can accidentally heighten the concentration of the energy if you have strong feelings during summoning.
In this document, I'm going to be outlining the following details about the .exe:
- What it's programmed to induce on specific targets: people, situations, objects.
- Traits of the .exe's energy once summoned, such as its behavior, signature, and affiliations.
- Further examples of applying this .exe into your spellwork.

[ENEIHAL.EXE FUNCTION AND GENERAL USES]
The energy of Eneihal is designed to calm, lighten and still other energies it comes in contact with.
best used in situations where undesirable energies are getting too dense and agitated.
In higher concentrations, this energy turns into an aggressive / sterilizing cleanser that supports upheaval of heavy energetic situations.
In normal concentrations -- meaning you raise a normal amount of energy for this .exe, Eneihal can be used as:
A gentle space cleanser, summoned for routine cleansing.
A supplemental sweetening energy to an existing spell (e.g sweetening a tense relationship/convo).
An energy to lighten up the atmosphere of a home.
In higher concentrations, Eneihal can be used as:
A more aggressive cleanser; think rubbing alcohol level of abrasive. Tends to leave a "repellent" energy to what it's applied to, miasmic energy is less likely to stick on this.
A component of a spell to bring secrets to light, to "clarify" information that has been intentionally obscured.
If handled properly, can be projected onto serious subconscious blocks to "loosen" them - kind of like drain cleaner unblocking a pipe. I don't recommend this for anyone who isn't equipped to handle the symptoms of negative beliefs being purged from your reality.
[ENEIHAL.EXE SIGNATURE AND TRAITS]
Misty, swirly light blue energy. Think of a wispy mist, hues akin to the face of Uranus. When going above normal concentrations, it turns into a vivid Neptunian blue.
Has the tendency to hover towards the closest + energetically heaviest subject and hover around it - like how fog surrounds a mountain. For example, if you dispersed it in a room, it'd likely start to orbit someone who has a lot of negative energy around them.
If you put your hand in it, it would feel like you've dipped your hand in a humid chamber of gas.
When overwhelmed by opposing heavy energies, it tends to dissipate. If you feel this energy dissipating in use or not making a significant dent, summon a higher concentration until it does the job.
[FURTHER EXAMPLES OF ENEIHAL.EXE USAGES]
Within kitchen magic, it can be used to assist in foods designed to lower inflammation/pain.
If you command this energy to temporarily join your aura, it can be used as a glamor that makes people loosen up / relax around you. If you're looking for a halo effect, this could be great to apply to an existing sweetening glamor.
For stoner witches, implementing this energy into your roll can induce a calm and floatier high. Good to add if you're trying to avoid being stuck to the couch.
This can be used as a quick prayer to soften your words when you find yourself getting upset. To do this, summon the energy of this .exe to pass through your throat and your heart. Small warning - this can cause you to cry if you're expressing your hurt feelings through anger vs. sadness.
This energy can be summoned to you for calming meditations, or soothing you to sleep.
Good for cleansing ambient energy / lingering energy after spells and readings.
Summon this to lighten the load of someone you're giving a massage to. In higher concentrations, it might trigger sudden revelations about heavy situations if the other party is exposed to it enough, so make sure to keep it moderate if you’re not trying to trigger a heavy energetic release.

GENERAL ASTRAL TRAVEL OBSERVATIONS
nothing crazy for those who frequently travel. might be intriguing for those who are learning astral travel n’ want to know what they’re heading into.
— on the planes where most of our human collective spiritually reside, things are very “dog-eat-dog.”
it’s lawless, and you need to have the proper spiritual protection to not get preyed on or jumped. it’s common to see allegiances pledged to not only spirits, but other humans.
if you’re not standing within your spiritual sovereignty and carefully tending to your energy, there’s a good chance that someone / something notices that and takes advantage of your energy. instead of fueling yourself, you fuel their dreams n desires.
— harmonious communities between sovereign spirits DO exist, but they’re usually very hidden and/or heavily guarded from “high traffic” areas in the astrals.
lots are perfectly hidden in plain sight. if you want to create your own, you need to be STRICT on what interacts w it.
— in your astral form, you’re not going to act like how you *think* you’d act in your physical body.
you are not your body and all the information it stores - you are your spirit, and all the information and energy you’ve poured into it. observe your spirit’s condition closely. observe your draconic natal chart to get an idea of how your astral self acts.
that’s why you see people sometimes move EXTREMELY different in astral interactions — usually when they’re not spiritually aware. it can be a complete 180° from how they present themselves physically. if your intuition picks up something off abt their spirit, heed that warning.
— energy in the astral is what $$$ is to humans on earth.
think of protecting your energy like protecting your pockets from frauds, scams, hacking, robbery, etc. people will go a long way for some cash, much like how ppl/entities will go a long way to consume your energy

the rivers etched into the water - discussing gatekept magical traditions.
to summarize and make understanding TREITL a easier (if you haven’t read already, it can be read HERE), it is referring to exploring the nature of magical paradigms, and how those paradigms can grow + live (and potentially "die") as traditions.
in this specific article, we’re going to be talking about navigating existing rivers (paradigms) and what can occur if you trespass that land — whether it be intentionally or accidentally.
when it comes to navigating a river and the land near it, you have to know the land -- and when you're an outsider to that land, you're likely going to need someone native to that land to help guide you around -- that requires approaching the land with caution and respect. you're at the mercy of those who inhabit it, and the forces that give it life.
now, what we need to do is take this and put it into the context of magical traditions -- many of them are gate-kept by bloodlines, family traditions, etc ...
as an outsider to the traditions / paradigms, while you may *hear* about the traditions, have general knowledge about them, are you IN the tradition? do you live it? are you surrounded by it? is it something you're already immersed into, so much that you can navigate alongside the community within that tradition?

technology mirrors magic
this is just a quick post, nothing refined (those are coming later).
when it comes to creating spells of your own, you are creating a program that is going to be implemented in your reality. there are weak programs, simple programs, complex programs, and ubiquitous programs.
your tarot cards could be the equivalent of scrubbing through a database, communicating to a specific domain/device (astral space, spirits).
what systems are you using to ensure secure connection to your desired target? what systems are in place to ensure that your communications to your desired target are clearly transmitted without being tampered / losing any data? are you and your deck properly configured to even connect to the collective consciousness, navigate the astral, and communicate with other realms effectively?
once you compare witchcraft (+the energy work that goes into it) to technology, you'll notice that a lot of it feels more grounded and less "woo-wooey."
you'll also know how to develop your witchcraft into something advanced and potent, much like how humans have used technology to advance into our modern age today. you'll be able to go from feeling uncertain about your spells to knowing the ins and outs of what you've created, and how it can impact physical reality.
imo, if you're a techy witch, tap into how deep this path can go. you have a good structure to reference and mimic.

Paradigm Time! - What is a Paradigm?
TL;DR: Paradigms are how you make sense of magic and how it fits into the world in your experiences. They aren't right or wrong and they often change!
Paradigm: a philosophical or theoretical framework of any kind
Note: There are a few different definitions of paradigm depending on the field you're talking about. In the case of magic, we are using the definition above.
Paradigms are essentially how you make sense of the world around you. In magic, these paradigms are ways in which someone understands magic, how it works, and how it is used in the world.
Other people have used words like “framework”, or “beliefs/belief system”. Whatever you call it is fine!
Paradigms can and often do change over time, maybe you used to believe “xyz”, but now you’re thinking more “abc”. This doesn't make everything that you did while you believed in “xyz” invalid, it just means you understand it differently now.
Since paradigms are basically belief systems, they are not factual and are not “right” or “wrong” they simply are. One person may disagree with another, who may disagree with someone else, who may have similar but slightly different experiences than another. More than anything else, paradigms are fluid.
Furthermore, paradigms are fluid not just within ourselves but within communities too!
Here’s an example:
Say everyone in x community generally agrees that crystals hold power. However, some may believe that crystals only hold power once charged, like how a cup can only hold water once filled. While others may believe there is an inherent power within the crystal. Others in turn might believe that some crystals hold power and others don’t. Yet they all still believe the paradigm that crystals hold power.
Now let’s take a few paradigms about correspondences as another example.
In one witch’s paradigm, they might be used as ingredients that hold inherent power. -> “I am using the magical properties inherent to basil to power my money jar.” In another, the correspondences are spirits that you petition to help power the magical working. -> “I am working with the spirit of basil and asking them to help with my money jar.” In another, the correspondences are offerings that you give to a spirit that you’re petitioning. -> “I am using basil as an offering to a spirit to help with my money jar.” In yet another the correspondences are spirits that you don’t even need to petition, their very presence influences the spell. -> “I’m using basil in this spell because the spirit of basil will help influence my money jar.”
Here are some other examples of paradigms:
Spirit-Working sorcery, where spirits are petitioned for aid, and the strength of workings tends to depend on the depth of the relationship developed with the spirit, and/or success in evoking them in that instance.
Thinking or focusing on your intent in your head is fine, writing it down is better, but speaking it aloud is best.
Energy is the battery of magic. Magic is the change caused by whatever you’re doing but energy is what powers that change, be it a spell, prayer, whatever.
Gods can be called upon and petitioned for help with a spell, but the relationship between the caster and the god will determine the strength of the spell or their willingness to help. Otherwise, you can try to appeal to them with offerings to make up for the lack of a relationship, though their help will still not be as strong as if there were a pre-existing relationship.
Inanimate objects do not have spirits, but animals, plants, fungi, and humans do.
Again, these are not universal paradigms, they are just examples. I honestly don't think there even is a universal paradigm when it comes to magic and witchcraft.
Thank you to @windvexer @friend-crow @stagkingswife and @rose-colored-tarot for your help in writing this post!

casting targeted spells - intent is not always impact.
this is a discussion of boundaries, intentions, unintentional harm, etc stemming from the spell i've recently created called alia's blessing.
in order to get the depth of this discussion, i recommend clicking HERE to read the mythos and the spell in question.
anyways, if you're reading past this point, i assume that you've went through all the context needed for this discussion so i'll speak as if you have. if you're confused, please re-read.
alright, this is post is piggy-backing off the recent spell i just posted — alia’s blessing, where alia inadvertently casts a spell to bless her sister with happiness and comfort through her artwork. in alia’s artwork, she formed the spell to make her sister comfortable in the way that she wished to see back.
the main question is, while her intentions for tash to become happy and at peace were coming from a place of wellmeaning (and maybe a bit of nostalgia, pain, etc.. keep in mind that alia created the artwork as a coping mechanism to what she BELIEVED was tash burning out due to work) — is the impact of that spell being cast on tash equally ideal?
we know how alia feels about the spell, but what about tash? does she like that? does she want it?
depending on what tash’s view of happiness is and how aligned alia’s blessing is with tash’s ideals.. it depends.
if tash’s ideals of happiness and peace were completely different than what alia thought it would be (e.g - she feels burdened by family, that none of this should be her responsibility, it should have turned out differently, she wants to break away from her current life…) "alia’s blessing" will have easily turned into "alia’s suffocating binding spell" against tash."
if tash’s ideals clash with alia’s, the “blessing” descending may feel more like a curse depending on how it manifests in her life.
right now, you may be like:
“nini what’s the point of this discussion rah rah all she was doing was sending positive energy to her sister there’s nothing wrong with wishing someone well” — girl what i’m trying to point out is that AGAIN, what you see as good may not always be as good for other people.
if you were running a village and passing laws that you believe are benefiting your people -- and your people are screaming to you that these wellmeaning laws are hurting them, are you going to keep suffocating them because you think that it is right? there's a thin line between being a caring person vs. being a smothering restrictive force.
when i write these mythos for my spells, i like to leave them open-ended so you can fill in the potential gaps and see how things could not only go well, but also go terribly wrong if proper caution isn’t taken.
it's up to you to interpret what happens to tash as a result of the spell off-screen. did it hurt her? did it help her? your answers provide insight into how compatible this spell is for your current situation.
so… continuing on, how does this apply to you?
respectfully, please make sure you’re checking yourself and checking in with Spirit before you start targeting people in spells bc like.. girl.
even if you’re meaning well, you could very much be interfering with some shit that you have no business touching + get a backfires from HELL because of it.
your best and safest bet in ANY type of spell where you’re involving another person… ask them for their permission! if they say yes, go along with no worries knowing that everything should be smooth as butter. this is likely to happen with lovers, close friends/relatives who are open to your form of prayers for them.
if they say no, this is your first warning to re-examine where you’re coming from when it comes to trying this spell. is your ideal of their happiness restrictive / a projection of what makes you comfortable? does it center your happiness, or theirs?
if you’re leaning towards your intentions being selfish — perhaps water it down to something more general, such as wishing wellbeing as opposed to specifics like “they live like this, they live like that..” again, if it’s something that they wouldn’t want boosted then don’t do it. also, don't assume that you know what they want 100%. you'd be surprised about how people feel about things deep down.
and for some reason, if you’re not able to get a voice of opinion from the target .. bare minimum, divinate and consult your spirit team to see if this is a worthwhile venture to invest your energy into. whatever divine guidance you use, you should be able to get a clear verdict on how to move forward and what to avoid.
so if we were to draw a conclusion to this post...
magic is grey. magic just IS. there's no "dark" or "light" magic really -- especially considering that the so-called darkness could be used to liberate others and give solace to the vulnerable, and the so-called light could be used to control, restrict, and perpetuate certain dogmas -- just because it's under the guise of "love and light" doesn't mean it's good for you or someone else, lol.
please, use discernment in any spell you pick up regardless of how it's marketed to you. think deeply about the potential effects of the energy you're sending out, and know the energy you're interacting with before even trying to meddle with it. literally i'm just asking y'all to move with some sense instead of shooting spells willy-nilly just cuz you can.
nobody is stopping you from throwing out spells like candy, but if you end up finding out after fucking around i don't got much to tell ya but "damn that's crazy."
so like... in the meanwhile, don't die my friends.
prismo, signing off.

ALIA'S BLESSING - a spell to send love and comfort to someone you care for.
good news, prismonautic hiatus is over!
that means, more spells for you to learn and use :)
today, we're going to be covering the myth of alia and tash, two sisters who are experiencing hardships in their connections due to pressure in tash's life starting to take a toll on her. alia goes out her way to do what she can to comfort tash, even if it may not seem like a lot has been done to the naked eye.
+ witchy writers seeing this, you can incorporate alia's blessing into your fantasy works! credit and tag me cuz i 10000% wanna see what y'all do with it in your own stories.
i'm not sure if i can label this spell as beginner friendly, especially since you need a good grasp on your shadow work + energy work to ensure you're not projecting egotistical / restrictive desires upon the person.
the main goal of this spell is to wish the person alignment to their highest good - and their highest good may not agree with what your ego says it should be. approach this with an open mind and heart, and make sure you're not trying to make yourself feel better by trying to cast this for someone.
this should be done out of love, not fear.
to read my recent post elaborating on intent vs. impact in casting spells, click here.
in order to read the myth, PLEASE CLICK HERE.
READ THE MYTH BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO USE THE SPELL!
the myth serves as a small form of divination - it's like a black mirror that looks back into you. what you gather from the myth will rate your compatibility with this spell, and give you an idea of if this is the right spell for your situation or not.
INSTRUCTIONS TO CAST ALIA'S BLESSING.
this is gatekept by the mythos - it's likely that if you don't understand it or know how to decode the myth, it's not for you.
things that you need:
a strong understanding of your target's emotional state, emotional needs, and their current situations.
+ bonus if you have their astrology chart - look at their moon sign and its aspects to have a stronger understanding of their emotional nuances/archetypes.
either creative medium: something to WRITE on or DRAW on.
doesn't matter if you're doing this electronically or not. what matters is that you're able to portray the uplifting comfort you want to bless your target with. if you are not adept in either of these skills, create an altar where you will place corresponding herbs/gems/oils that align with the energy you're trying to bring to your target.
what to do:
with your knowledge about the target's emotions + your blank canvas (whether written or drawn), create a clear image of the blessing you want to send to this target - imbue things such as comfort, love, vitality, and life as deeply as you can into your work. the more details, the better.
if you're having trouble completing this step, take a look at the myth again and read the part where alia draws out tash as blessed and happy.
if you're completing this artwork electronically, save it and place it within a zipped folder on your device.
if you are completing this artwork physically, place it in a sealed envelope if it's written on standard paper. if you've made a painting, find a place to hang it where the sun will shine upon it. if you can't hang it, charge it with an appropriate energy that can be aligned with the sun's energy - light, invigorating, etc.. whatever is most suitable for the spell at the time.
^ once you complete the work and store them appropriately, consider the spell cast. there is no more action needed on your part. if you want to boost it, feel free to charge the artifacts under the sun / use energy work to charge it according to what best suits you.
to break the spell, destroy the work and dispose of it away from where it was originally stored. using this method simply makes the spell inactive, it's like cutting a cord. the target will need to maintain the positive energy of the blessing, or else it will fade over time.
if you need to break the spell and wish for it to be offensive, destroy the spell with water. it "drowns" the blessing, returning the energy you poured into them to you + removing the blessings you've conjured for them. i do not recommend destroying the artifact like this unless the person has explicitly done harm to you or your loved ones, and has no intention of stopping.
get creative with this spell. it's a launching pad for your masterpiece.
happy blessings to you all, keep taking care of those you love with all you can!
that's all from me for now.
ta-ta!

Ritual Gestation and Birth: A relatively low-spoons method (at least I think so) of creating powerful* servitors, enchantments, etc
*Powerful as compared to other techniques that work worse.
A common spellcasting method is to immediately deploy the spell once the casting is complete. In fact, deployment is often a part of the casting ritual in and of itself.
A different option is to keep the spell vessel in a state of magical gestation over a period of days or weeks, so that it slowly matures, gains strength, and solidifies, until it's born into this world, ushered by your hands.
This method is opposed to one where huge amounts of energy need to be raised at once. It's not a technique I'm able to manage in a sustainable way, and I find the results to be a little too... jittery.
If you are a witch who must not, or may not, raise lots of energy at once, this technique may be more manageable. It involves supervising a pot of spell, a bit like a simmering pot of stew, but overall I find it to be less of a draining process. Perhaps other people will find the same.
I believe that creating a magical seed (or embryo, if you like), and tying it to a physical object - such as a candle, crystal, piece of jewelry, charm bag, poppet, and so on - is in and of itself a powerful act of magic. This is why a candle can be enchanted, immediately burned, and still result in miraculous effects.
However, I also believe that giving the seed time to magically gestate can produce deeply powerful, effective, and long-lasting (or perhaps better to say, permanent) results. This isn't the same as completing a casting and letting the enchantment sit until you're ready to use it - it's an active process of nurturing.
Instead of immediately sending a spell to go out and work, sending it to a gestation phase is an easy change. If our spellcasting methodologies are anything alike, all you've got to do (in crude terms) is to swap out your targeting/release portion of the spell with an introduction to the magical womb, or egg, or embryonic sack, (&etc), within which the spell will grow and gain strength.
Examples:
If you direct energy as you raise it, instead of chanting, focusing, writing, or affirming that the spell goes to the target as you raise the energy, instead C/F/W/A that the spell goes into the gestational vessel.
If you gather energy and imprint/program it before you deploy it, send it to the gestational vessel instead of the target.
If you fully enchant a spell vessel (such as enchanting a candle, or creating a poppet), after the spellcasting is complete, instruct the new spell to rest and grow strong within the gestational vessel, until it's time to be fully born.
After the spell is cast, and you have magically moved the spell into its gestation phase, the spell components should be placed securely within the gestational vessel and tended to until they're ready to be born.
The "gestational vessel" is a physical object - in Traditional Witchcraft, this is most suitably the cauldron. But the gestational vessel only needs to meet a few qualifications, regardless of its ability to make campfire stews:
The gestational vessel must have a secure lid, even a makeshift lid, which blocks out the light.
It must be large enough to completely hold the physical components of the spell which it gestates.
It must be able to be stored without disruption, where no unqualified persons may accidentally remove the lid or disturb it.
Additionally:
Moving the vessel doesn't seem to typically disrupt what's growing inside. It can be taken down from a shelf, etc.; as long as the lid isn't opened without due cause.
I do not personally consecrate gestational vessels to that special purpose. I tend to use multi-use vessel which I'll use for other things later.
When the spell is inside of the magical egg (tired of saying gestation), it becomes your job to tend to it by providing energy. This can take many forms, and is an intuitive process.
Feeding the spell can be done in any manner which you usually recharge objects, or provide offerings to spirits. The line is blurred here, I think.
Feed the spell more of what you fed it in order to create it; that is, more of the same energy you raised, more of the same emotion you spent, and so on.
If preferred, feed the spell food, candle, and incense offerings. A general offering of "white light," or another creative energy, also does well here.
Intuition may advise that different foods are wanted by the spell at different times. Do with that as you please.
Those able to "tune in" to the energies of their spells and environment may find it to be very easy to keep track of the embryonic spell's hunger. Otherwise, follow a simple schedule.
I usually do not find that spells need to be fed every day, and when they require feeding, I do not find that they respond to huge amounts of energy or offerings.
Feeding about every three days is a safer bet for me.
I notice that an excess of provided energy just seems to pool up and go to waste.
A feeding may be as simple as placing a bit of your dinner next to the gestation vessel along with an offering charm, or if you're able to, lighting a single tea light.
Persons interested in psychism may have an excellent time noting the energetic change in the spell as the gestation develops.
The lid may be carefully opened to peek inside, especially if normally helpful intuition fails without peeking in; but treat the vessel gently, as if a tiny embryonic baby chicken is inside. Be quiet and gentle, and avoid disrupting the lid unless you really need to.
Ahead of time, before you even cast the spell, you should have decided how long you're going to gestate it for. Three days, or a full moon cycle, or dark to full moon, are a good bet; so is one week if you're doing a planetary thing. I find that even a shorter gestation period provides delightful results compared to doing none at all.
Intuition may advise that the spell is ready to be born early, or would like to stay a little longer.
If intuition is not your ally in these matters, follow the schedule you've set. All will be well.
The appointed time has arrived - the spell is to be born! (Celestial enthusiasts may be wise the the idea of birthing their spell at a special hour, day, or election).
Frankly, popping off the vessel lid, saying, "your time of rest is done, you are now at full power, go now and begin your duties" will perfectly suffice.
But better can be achieved.
If possible, consider employing a birthing ritual. Here are ideas, in no particular order:
Symbols of a gateway or passageway are very good, even something as simple as two stones or two candles to mark a 'gate'.
Using an actual doorway, especially moving from indoors to outdoors (or vice-versa, depending on the nature of your spell).
Using a hag stone to represent pulling the spell from the faerie world into our physical one; the reverse process of how such a stone is often employed.
Using a family tradition, or religious or cultural tradition, to celebrate the birth of a new baby; even if this tradition is only symbolically simulated through key points ("I am the grandpa of this family, and as the grandpa, I announce the new baby's name!")
Doing something celebratory and evocative, like that Lion King scene where Rafiki holds up baby Simba, etc.
In general, the spell should be removed from the gestation pot in a ritualistic way, glistening with the gravity of ushering new life into this world.
The spell may be carefully taken from the vessel and passed through a doorway or liminal space; symbolically drawn through a hag stone or other physically impassable space; held up to greet the first light of the day, or the light of a certain moon phase; be passed over a fire; or any number of ritualistic acts to denote movement into a new phase of life.
At this time, you should magically assert that the spell is born, and ready to do its task.
Of course, you do more. And in these matters, I find that more is better.
A christening ceremony, or a baptism, is most excellently employed to further empower this new life to be a living being in our world, capable of great influence and change - as we all imagine our children will be.
A bit of anointing oil, a touch of holy water, a formal naming ceremony ("I name you, My Paycheck is Cleared. Your name is My Paycheck is Cleared."), whatever you like - especially include a small gift to the spell (perhaps a few coins to set it on the right path in life), or - I suppose this post has gotten long enough. You can perhaps imagine what more could be done.
When all is said and done, employ the spell; light it if it's a candle, whisper things to it if it's a poppet, hang it up if it's supposed to be hung up, and so on.
Do mind that such things, having being born into this world and given real life, do not tend to quit it so quickly as only bornless energies that are diffused just as they were raised; like waves, forming and dissipating.
Things with birthdays and names and birthday presents and baptisms and godparents tend to feel as if this world is theirs, too.
I am generally not very much of a "be careful" sort of poster, but for this sort of technique, I'd recommend being careful. It really does work fantastically, and that's the problem.
Feed the spell with your blood at the moment of conception, and at the moment of birth, for something extra delightful.

Use your natal chart as your personal days of the week
Each house in the chart respresent a specfic day of the week.
For example: The Sun rules Leo. Sunday activates the house that rules Leo. Someone who has a Leo 4th house, On Sunday's, themes of the 4th house are present
Planets that rule days of the week
Sun( Leo) : SUNDAY
Moon ( Cancer) : MONDAY
Mars (Aries, Scorpio): TUESDAY
Mercury (Gemini, Virgo): WEDNESDAY
Jupiter (Sagittarius, Pisces): THURSDAY
Venus ( Taurus, Libra ): FRIDAY
Saturn ( Capricorn, Aquarius): SATURDAY

Offerings
Often provided in exchange for asking the spirits to assist the practitioner or/and to show appreciation and veneration.
The kinds of offerings that are provided may differ from culture to culture and the types of spirits.
Offerings are typically left on the altar for 1 to 2 days, then discarded.
If you have pets that can reach the altar, it is safer to keep the offering in a sealed container to prevent them from stealing or consuming the offering which may not be safe.
Types of Offerings
Items – Jewelry, Weapons, Dice, Keys, Statues, Crystals, etcetera which you dedicate to the spirit, and then either wear/use in their honor, or break in this world so it goes to them.
Perishables – Food and Drinks which you give to them from your kitchen, either to lay out on the altar, or at a time/location that is sacred to them.
Intangibles – Art, Writings, Prayers, and Songs. Sometimes Physical or Mental Self-Developments, or a specific piece of work you create that is specifically dedicated for them.
Some spirits will allow an offering to be consumed by you the practitioner in their honor, and some will even allow it during invocation or evocation where both parties may share the experiences. Once your offering has been made, the spiritual essences of what you offered will be consumed.
After consumption perishables shall be poured outside or thrown away.
For non-perishables, the items can be worn or used, or simply left to sit on the altar.
If you ever wish to re-purpose or replace an item, it is necessary to disconnect it from that spirit with a cleansing method of your choosing beforehand.
For the more experienced practitioners there are other types of offerings and agreements I don’t see many people talk about. I will try to discuss those types now.
Bodily Fluids –Saliva, blood, tears, etcetera can be given to an entity you fully trust. It can also be used to seal, bind, or strengthen rituals including curses and hex workings.
Energy Contracts – When business deals or agreements are made between you and a spirit, you invoke a contract between parties. It takes your energy to communicate toward the other world, and to receive information. It’s a give and take dynamic for everyone involved, even the spirits.
Energy Bindings – This is a more unique exchange of energies. The practitioner would bind their energies or pledge themselves to the spirit in question. This can be done in several different ways. The one that is the most common is taking a pledge of loyalty to a deity for the duration of the practitioner’s life or beyond that.
Astral Dreaming Gestures – For practitioners that can dream walk and are aware of their surroundings or for those of you who channel energies oftentimes messages are being received and exchanged by the spirits being called upon. When one dreams, they discover themselves, and sometimes gestures are exchanged between you and the spirit.
Hybrid Workings –Sometimes a combination of offerings take place depending on the ritual. To give a perspective, getting a tattoo to honor the spirit is a contract sealed away within the flesh of the practitioner. It’s an energy contract and binding offering using blood and flesh pledging yourself and your alliances to the spirit in question or/and what they symbolically stand for.

Ambient Spells
The idea of the ambient spell isn’t so uncommon. My use of the word “ambient” may throw you for a bit of a loop. An ambient spell is any spell that permeates a space in an unobtrusive way. They affect the area surrounding their vessel and require little to no maintenance or upkeep. They’re long-term workings that require varying levels of effort to put together and cast. Depending on what exactly you need, they can be as simple as setting out a bowl of salt or as complex as crafting a home decor piece from scratch.
I always recommend making ambient spells that are self-fueling. I often refer to them also as “set it and forget it spells. They’re the crockpot of spellwork — work up front for a slow burn output.
Chances are that you’re already aware of or even know how to create ambient spells. Any spell that affects the vibe of a room, for example, would count as an ambient spell. Lighting incense specifically to invite in positive energy counts. A ward that sucks up baneful magic and transforms it into blessings also counts. The primary idea of an ambient spell is that it’s making a change to your environment in the background. It’s the cool breeze in summertime, the subtle piano at a fancy restaurant, the scent of fresh-baked cookies fading as the day goes by. Positive, but not overt.
When to Use (or Not Use) an Ambient Spell
By their nature, ambient spells are fairly general workings. They can be quite powerful, of course, just like any other spell. The thing to keep in mind is that they’re not ideal for targeted magic.
For example, I wouldn’t create an ambient spell to banish someone from my life. I might make an ambient spell to make an area unwelcoming to them, or to anyone who would do me harm. The unwelcoming vibe might discourage them from coming around, sure. But it may not work outside of the area the spell lives in; and it may not get rid of them for good.
Similarly, an ambient spell might make a good general ward for keeping out loud, unwelcome spirits, but it wouldn’t specifically cast out the one particular spirit who’s been causing problems. It might discourage their behavior, but it wouldn’t necessarily get rid of them. A concentrated, single-use banishing spell would work significantly better for that purpose. Afterwards, an ambient spell can keep the area clear of that spirit’s influence.
I also wouldn’t use an ambient spell to draw in specific success. General success or money, absolutely — whatever wants to come my way is welcome, via a basic money bowl set up next to my wallet. But if I specifically want a promotion or a particular amount of money, I’m not going to leave that to the ambient money spell. I would craft a spell specifically for what I’m looking for.
When deciding what kind of spell to cast, keep this idea in mind. An ambient spell is best for behind-the-scenes results that happen without your concentrated effort. When you want something specific, a more targeted spell will work better nine times out of ten.
Creating an Ambient Spell
It’s possible to create an ambient spell with nothing but energy work. However, I often find that these fade quickly and don’t lend themselves well to self-fueling. They tend to need more active upkeep than I prefer for a spell that’s meant to be set and let go. I recommend choosing an appropriate vessel of some kind to contain the spell to help it last longer.
How do you decide what’s an appropriate vessel, though? And how do you set one up? How do you make a spell self-fueling? Let’s start from the top and go in order.
Identify the Purpose
Decide what the spell will do. This is going to define the components and the way you’re going to cast the spell. In my experience, ambient spells work best when they’re given a single purpose. For example, I wouldn’t make a spell that’s a ward and a cleanser and a spirit welcome mat. It dilutes the purpose. Choose a single, clear motive for the spell.
Choose a Vessel
Now that you know what your spell will do, it’s time to decide what it’s going to look like. The vessel you choose should reflect the spell’s purpose in some way.
An open bowl works well for absorbing energy. Why? It’s open. The face of it is open to the room, ready to take in whatever kind of energy you assign to its contents.
A closed jar, on the other hand, would be good for repelling. It’s closed off and sealed — a one-way road going out of the jar and into the room to clear it.
A wreath hung at the door could serve a lot of purposes, depending on what it’s made with. I would use a wreath as an agent of transformation or as an energy emitter to release a certain energy into the space.
A stone makes a solid vessel for protection or grounding. I have one on my working altar to help keep me in the moment and create a good environment for working magic.
When you’re choosing your spell vessel, keep in mind how visible you want it to be. Certain vessels are going to naturally be more obvious than others. A wreath, for example, is hard to miss — but it also just looks like nice home decor. A jar full of herbs and things would be more obviously a spell, but they can be small and easily hidden.
I have both obvious and hidden ambient spells peppered around my home for varying purposes. If you’re keeping your practice a secret, you’ll likely want to keep your spells more obscure or hidden. But if you aren’t, and you can make the choice of whether you want the spell to be in plain sight or not, consider the effect you want the spell to have.
If you want the spell to absorb bad vibes, baneful magics, the evil eye, or other negativity, a hidden spell might serve you well. Hiding the vessel somewhere means that whoever’s casting against you may not expect the resistance. On the other hand, if you want a vessel that allows friendly spirits to visit you during the holidays, a beautiful centerpiece on your dining table that’s charmed with spirit-friendly magic might serve the purpose.
Choose an Energy Source
Ambient spells need to draw energy from somewhere. Think of it like a battery. The ingredients you put into the spell may provide a temporary charge, but if you want the spell to be long-term, it needs an input. How will your spell recharge itself?
If you want the spell to be shorter-term, only a few days or so, then you can skip this step. But if you want an ambient spell to last a while, like a ward or vibe-adjuster, you’ll need to think about this carefully.
Like when choosing the vessel, the energy source should match the purpose of the spell. For example, I have a simple room refresher spell set on a table that’s central to my home. The purpose of it is to take anxiety and negative thoughts to turn them into positivity. I set it up so that the act of walking past the bowl swirls the air around it, and therefore also the energy around it. That kinetic energy fuels the bowl’s magic and keeps it going. I don’t have to actively recharge the bowl or its contents, because we walk past it constantly.
Another example would be an ambient spell to help you do the dishes. (Whether that’s remembering to do them or finding the motivation for it is up to you.) The fuel for the spell could be the act of walking into or past the kitchen, running water elsewhere in the home, or even cooking or eating.
The energy source could also be something like lighting a candle next to or over the vessel on a schedule, if you prefer. This would add an upkeep step, of course, and wouldn’t be my first choice. The only ambient spell I do this with is my money bowl, and that’s because it’s tuned to be able to shift focus from day to day depending on what exactly I need (commissions versus tips versus discounts, etc.).
Setting Up an Ambient Spell
Decide where you want to place your spell’s vessel ahead of time. If you have pets or kids, make sure you put whatever it is out of their reach. If the vessel is something like an uncovered bowl, you’ll want to be sure that it isn’t going to get knocked over. Similarly, if it’s made of glass, you don’t want it to fall and shatter. If your vessel needs to be hidden somehow, determine where you’ll keep it. It would be smart to make note of where the spell is and what it looks like in your grimoire or spell notebook just so that if you forget about it, you can identify it later on down the road.
After you know where you want to put it, it’s time to choose ingredients and fill your vessel. The components you decide on should, obviously, match your goals.
Casting an ambient spell is much the same as casting a regular spell. The only thing to keep in mind is that an ambient spell has a sort of prolonged release.
Upkeep and Care of an Ambient Spell
For the most part, ambient spells should require little to no upkeep. With that said, you should still do routine check-ups on them. I include them in my regular rounds when I check on my wards and various protections, but you could do yours whenever it makes the most sense to you.
Depending on how you decided to fuel your spell, you may need to do a bit of feeding. Whether that’s lighting a new candle, refilling a cup of water, mixing around a pile of herbs, or giving the vessel a little shake, do so anytime it feels like the spell’s energy is flagging. It may take some practice in sensing energy to know exactly when a spell needs refueling. This is partly why I suggest creating a schedule to check in on the spell; ambient spells are a great type to practice sensing spell energy, since they’re typically long-lasting and may wax or wane depending on the day.
If your spell is fully self-fueling and it doesn’t seem to be working anymore (or at all, even from the start), it’s time to take it apart. Discard disposable components according to your practice’s tenets. Cleanse the rest for future use. I would suggest washing your spell vessel alongside magical cleansing.
A Ready-to-Use Example
Here’s an extremely simple example of an ambient spell I use in my home to keep the main living area light, fresh, and conducive to getting work done. Since both my partner and I work from home, it’s important that our areas have an aura of focus.
Materials:
- A small bowl, preferably green or brown - Enough salt to fill the bowl halfway - A few pinches of dried rosemary
Instructions:
1. Ensure the bowl is clean and dry. Pour salt into the bowl until it’s halfway full. 2. Sprinkle dried rosemary into the salt and stir. 3. Instruct the spell, in whatever way makes sense to you, to exude focused but calm energy into the space. 4. Place the bowl in an area that is frequently trafficked. 5. Leave the bowl in place until it no longer provides a fresh, focused energy to the space. Dispose of the contents, clean the bowl, and reset the spell.
Notes: - This spell is powered by movement specifically, because both my partner and I work from home, and we pace when we’re having a hard time focusing. The spell draws in the energy from our pacing and the frustration we’re putting out to fuel itself. It then transforms and releases the energy as calm, focus, and productivity. - I suggest a green or brown bowl because this spell is meant to work for our jobs. Green for success, brown for grounding. Personally, my bowl has both colors. - When instructing the spell, you can speak to the bowl, write a petition, do an incantation, or whatever else you like. This is the most personal part of the spell, and it’s what makes the thing Go. It’s up to you to decide how it’s going to work.
Final Thoughts
I would hesitate to call ambient spells “low energy” spellwork. While they can be low-energy-friendly in the long run, and they can be extremely simple to set up (such as the one I described above), they aren’t always. Ambient spells do require an up-front energy cost. Even so, I find them very rewarding and useful.
Folks who visit my home often comment that it’s an inviting, friendly, good-natured space where they can leave their worries and anxieties behind. That’s on purpose. I’ve got ambient spells in place that eat up anxiety and spit out positivity. I’ve got ones that repel hexes and are charged by sunlight. All of these spells are long-lasting and well worth the effort it took to create them.
I hope this little guide is useful to you! If you’ve got questions, feel free to send me an ask. I’m happy to ramble about ambient spells or other types of magic as much as you’d like.
And if you did enjoy this post, consider dropping a couple dollars in my tip jar! Supporters of all types (tips, commissions, shop purchases, and memberships) get early access to posts like this, sometimes up to two weeks early, and every bit helps me keep the lights on.

You guys rlly don't realise how much knowledge is still not committed to the internet. I find books all the time with stuff that is impossible to find through a search engine- most people do not put their magnum opus research online for free and the more niche a skill is the less likely you are to have people who will leak those books online. (Nevermind all the books written prior to the internet that have knowledge that is not considered "relevant" enough to digitise).
Whenever people say that we r growing up with all the world's knowledge at our fingertips...it's not necessarily true. Is the amount of knowledge online potentially infinite? Yes. Is it all knowledge? No. You will be surprised at the niche things you can discover at a local archive or library.
