In September of 2005 when I was 15 years old and in 10th grade I wrote the following list of things I wanted to do. I’m now 28 and I’m going to check off everything I got done lol

I wrote this earlier last week...

Tonight I realized how much I love this city

I kiss bisoux goodbye to a friend I met on the street as I pass through Grand Place. An accordian begins to play, zooming past me, laughing, two boys ona  pedal car with beer and as accordians fade, guitars enter with the sounds of greeting and and parting - ca va - a demain - the air crisp but warm in the sun and the smell of fresh grass and beer

how can i ever go back?

First day at work was a success. Nervous and excited. Going to start in intake. Nice to see so many familiar faces.

So OBrien had his day during Semaine Bleu at Psycho. He had an American Beer Pong contest. My friend from France, Claire and I played together.

We lost on Death Cup NO LIE and are 90% it was a happy coincidence for the other team. Turns out that the losers had to drink all the beer… so actually we won. This is us and Seb celebrating :)

I had this giant roll of CDs and I decided to go through them

I am waking up with bruises and cuts and blue chalk on my hands. I don’t understand; I met a pretty face and the time I misplaced… sometime between when we said hi and we woke up, we fell in love

I’m sorry for being such a hater. It’s a fucking adorable song. LETS BE REAL. And also, he is a billion times more talented now.

Charmaine and I went shopping

I did well!

I got black leather boots I can wear in the snow and to court for under $30.

I got a Calvin Klein shell to wear under a suit for $20.

I got a Brooks Brothers flannel dress shirt for $30.

And I got a casual dress for $2.16.

All in all I spent less than $100 for over $200 worth of stuff.

Still no suit...

BUT A TWO DOLLAR DRESS!!!!

Eight years ago today I got in a car with a metal stranger who became a friend, I met an old friend and life advisor and local DJ at a show (who bear hugged me so hard he broke my rad flip up sunglasses lol), I maybe had cookout for the first time, and I saw a great show with one of my favorite bands and a guy in the band gave me his number and I felt pretty fucking cool

kinda crazy that last year matt and i started it

then THE VERY NEXT DAY i found out someone big i had just met and was about to work with was Danny Greene’s fekken son

(amazing guy, different name, works his ass off, such a great person for the community, but what a coincidence of relation)

On Thursday I worked til close. Was pretty disappointed because I couldn’t go to Twist to watch Drag Race (AS3)

But a big ole storm was going in

Me: If it gets really bad do you think we will close early?

Farid: Not Likely

Me: What if I cry?

then... not even two minutes later
