btw now is the best time to keep boycotting. the israeli economy has never been weaker. don't stop the protests or the demands for divestment. keep supporting organisations like the Hind Rajab Foundation and the Accountability Archive. ofc don't stop boosting and donating to Palestinians as Gaza is still uninhabitable.
enjoy this moment but the work has not ended

(grabs you by the shoulders) you have to make room for new experiences in your life. you have to go through the unpleasant work of leaving your comfort zone, even if just for a few minutes at a time. because if you don't, your brain will trick you into stagnation. you will start to believe that the world can barely fit you in it. but that's not true. it's the opposite way around. you can fit the whole word inside of you. your task is only this: to welcome it with open arms

A lot of the time I don't feel like I've matured past 16. I still feel just as scared and even more lonely. They say your twenties are when you'll feel more steady, but I feel like I'm being swung into space and there I float suffocating in the void.

I had a really terrible time yesterday so to anyone who's like me, who's thought "i don't want to kill myself, but if an accident killed me that would be okay", I am hugging you so so tight and I promise, I promise someone would miss you if you died tomorrow

can we give a shoutout to unhealthy fat people tbh. i feel like a lot of the narrative around fat acceptance is "sometimes people are just naturally fat, they're not always unhealthy" and thats true! but more importantly i think other peoples bodies shouldnt be your business tbh. who cares if someone eats 'junk' food and hates exercise, you know people would give them a pass if they lived that lifestyle as a skinny person.

Lets talk about how hard it is to open up to someone about being sad for no reason. Lets talk about how hard it is to explain to your friends and family that you have this heavy feeling in your chest for no reason. Lets talk about how hard it is to understand why you're having a panic attack while just taking a walk back home. Lets talk about how hard it is to understand your own self and how scary it is to feel like the whole world is falling on your shoulders and you have no idea why.
