{Girl Next Door} Primrose & Harley
Prim alighted her Vespa and looked inquiringly at Harley before her lips curved into a pout and finally settling into a beam.
"How great is that? I just met my neighbor-well not neighbor neighbor but you know what I mean!" She clapped her hands in obvious glee and excitement as she waited for Harley to invite her in.
And the waiting took about five seconds.
"So are you inviting me in or do I have to barge in?"

*looks at where he's pointing*
Nah, the one right beside it.
Still makes us neighbors, doesn't it?
*beams before continuing towards the small parking area in front of Harley's building*
I need some excitement in my life

*lets a chuckle escape*
Aw, that's too bad.
But I ain't losing hope here, cause we might end up working together and become friends! And soon, if I can get to the newsroom. Point me?
*mega-watt smile*
I need some excitement in my life
I got it. I just didn’t find it funny in the slightest.

And?
*holds breath in suspense*
What do you think's the answer to that?
Oh it was!
Well that’s the question isn’t it?

A bit of theater from my old school, the less-lines-more-choreo parts.
Then if you're not in a band, why don't you start one? You should give people a chance to gush over you, y'know!
Small talk ll Oliver & Primrose
Even if you haven’t danced in awhile I still bet it is beautiful~
No not really. I mean I took some lessons when I was younger but nothing really else. I tried choir, but I didn’t really like the other people in it. They were either really mean and jealous or would give me weird looks. Have you done anything like that in school? Dancing, singing, anything art related?

I'm a free spirit!
We can even go right now if you're up for it!
I need some excitement in my life
At the sa-?!
Forget liking you, Rose, I think I just fell in love! So when shall we do this proposed ice-cream-and-bowling-at-the-same time outing? Today? Tomorrow? 1,000 years in the future?

Kidnap? Did you piss off a drug syndicate or something?
That sounds serious, you should inform the police- unless it's the police who did that to you.
(in the hospital)
You know, just a regular night
Kidnapped, and beaten up. Y’know the usual.

"Slow down big boy, plenty of booze to go around!" Primrose teased Teddy after she almost choked on her drink as she watched him tip the bottle over and drink straight from it.
A new song was already playing, a more contemporary one and people were starting to form a crowd to dance; she then realized that they were still there, on the spot (just recently) intended for dancing so she grabbed the boy's wrist and pulled him in a corner to sit on a rug with the rest of the other (already drunk) students.
"So, Teddy," Prim spoke as she sat with her legs tucked in, her mouth curving into a playful smile as she eyed the boy and his bottle of Jack,
"What's your story?"
A Party for Primrose || Teddy & Primrose
“I think I’m better drunk than I am sober,” he admitted with a snort, letting her lead the dance as she pleased. As long as she was having fun and wasn’t embarrassed to be dancing with him, that was all that mattered. He could try and keep up for her sake so long as he had the right amount of whiskey in him—and apparently, he did.
Teddy simply smiled and gave her a shrug at her reaction, a hand sliding into his pocket instinctively as he watched her finish the song on her own. ”I’m a scandalous guy, I guess,” he supplied, clapping softly for her when the song had ended.
The hug hadn’t been anticipated in the slightest, and it caused him to freeze up awkwardly, free hand coming up to gently pat her arm. It didn’t take him long to recover and find his voice. ”Any time, Prim. I’m just glad you’re having a good time.” When she stole a party-goer’s drink, Teddy reached for a half full bottle of Jack Daniel’s that had been left on a table, fearlessly drinking straight from the glass bottle.

We can go for ice cream first and then go bowling, or something? How’s that sound? -smiles

Hah! I guess so? I haven't danced in a while so......
.....Anyway, since you're into music are you in any bands or something? A marching band even?
Small talk ll Oliver & Primrose
That sounds like fun, even if you are kidding. I could bring my guitar or play piano and you could dance. It would be like a big party! Except it would only be three of us…but it would be fun! You could teach me how to dance because apparently I ‘dance like a white kid’ or just rock around with my guitar.
Really?? That’s so cool! You definitely have to show me one day. I bet you’re like really talented and can dance all over the place or show up anyone.

Oh? You are?
..........................................Okay. So are the people who asked you for help still alive or....? I kid, I kid.
I'll go and let myself in then since the newspaper seems pretty dead with just you there- get it? get it?
*suppresses a laugh*
Okay, maybe not.
I need some excitement in my life
::speaks under her breath:: Dear god…
::sighs and speaks up::
Sure. You’re talking about the newspaper right? I’m the advice columnist.

*nods solemnly and tries to look serious*
Sounds shady.. so is the beat up related to the first beat up or is this a totally separate thing?
Oh yeah, I know, big stuff right?
Zane’s been suspended and is currently in the hospital. He got beat up by some random guys in a van.

{Getting a Move In}
“I like it, Mum! Gotta love how shitty it looks, too!”
The girl on the scooter couldn’t help but laugh while following a moving truck into a street lined with old buildings. Never mind that her mother was actually sitting on the passenger seat of the said truck and could hardly hear anything she said; Primrose thought she owed it to her only parent to speak frankly about their new home.
Top floor, one of eight units and farthest from the elevator and stairs…the joke was almost funny. But Ann liked it and, hey, the bedrooms were bigger and had better colors than their last so the girl was able to endure the trips up and down and back and forth in helping move their stuff in.
“Did they say anything about reserving parking slots at the back, darling Mummy? I want a cradle for my baby.”
“I don’t think you’d need a reservation, maybe you could just put up a sign or somethi—no, put that one on top of that side table, there.”
“Are you sure? It looks better on the dining table, really.”
“Rose, side table.”
The girl shrugged and placed the crystal bowl on the side table as was ordered, but as soon as her mother turned her back to sort the rest of the stuff from the hallway, Primrose quickly retrieved and placed it on the dining table exactly the way she wanted—filled to overflowing with her favorite mini chocolate eggs.
“I’m going down to reassess my official parking slot, ok?” she hopped outside, temporarily blocking the door. “And maybe start on that signpost or something.”
Throwing her mother her most playful air kiss, Primrose then hurriedly made for the elevator before Ann could find out about—
“Really, Rose! was what she thought she heard before the elevator doors closed.
