This is a very funny post that I laughed at immediately! XD
It gave me a moment though to pause and assess how often I express my vulnerability when I'm so often telling others it's important for their health.
No one is excluded from this. We all need to be talking about our feelings. We need to be open, honest and learn about what bothers us.
It's scary, however as I've gone searching for places and people that can handle my raw self I found there are groups where vulnerability and full self-expression is celebrated!
So never give up on yourself. Don't shut your heart and soul in a cage for the sake of safety.
Expressing myself has been a huge step in my healing journey.
I know it will be just as important in yours ^-^

A tip, maybe:
Fellow neurodivergent folks, I'd like to offer a tip. If you find you "can't meditate" for whatever reason?
Then don't. Give up meditation as a goal.
Just play with paying attention to your breathing for 5, 10, 15 minutes at a time. Or even smaller increments if that's too hard to do.
Get distracted? Can't sit still? Cool. Mind like a bag of cats? Cool.
Just spend time paying attention to your bodymind, deliberately. See what happens.
"Oh, but my mind spirals off and I forget what I was doing". Cool. Notice that. Then, do it again, another time.
"But that's not how you build a practice or habit, and I'm crap at doing/keeping those". OK. Don't even try.
Just embrace the idea that you can decide to pay attention to the funky things your bodymind's doing, at any time, for as long or as short as you like. Repetition is a bullshit concept. The kosmos is made of gestures not fixed things. Every iteration is slightly different.
Embrace the curiosity. Wander in your wonderings. See what happens. I GUARANTEE you'll find some interesting things along the road that might queer and crip your life a little more.
It's just a thing, a game that you can do, with yourself, any time, if you want.

Journal, make rituals and fulfill your needs.
You deserve good things! And the first step is being in tune with your emotions ^-^
Always, always take the time to sit with and process your feelings. Often we live through events that are major for us and afterwards we just keep going - we do not stop to check our breathing, our heartbeat, our mental state. A lot of situations cause a lot of difficult emotions and while it is ok to let them exist for a while, it is not ok to bury them. Make room for your feelings and thoughts, my love. Remember to reflect on your experiences and make sure to evaluate how you feel about them. Reflection is the key to truly knowing yourself, to truly healing yourself.
