What circle?  Maybe it’s that circle: Mona is A, she went into the Radley, then she snuck from the mental hospital, then she was released, then she was A again, now she is again in Radley and we can see in the promo, that she is snuck out again!

The first image is from 4x09 ‘The Guilty Girl’s Handbook’ when Emily’s supervisor, Zoe, from when she went to Haiti shows her this photo on her phone.

The second image is from 4x10 ‘Into The Deep’ when we see Red Coat use a drill, that looks very similar to the one Emily is holding in the first image, to take down a fence barricade that leads underneath the Dilaurentis house.

This only links to Emily, or Zoe. I doubt it would have anything to do with Zoe seeing as she was only a one off character. Although i can’t seem to fit a theory to Emily being Red Coat, or how the drills links to anyone else other than her.
