I was doing so well today.

Skipped breakfast and did like 12k steps instead LOL

Then my mum cooked a huge lunch that I had to eat ( 600+ )

Then for dinner I had some soup….

…and then 2 glasses of Prosecco, and then I snacked. BUT I just basically snacked on healthy things and it was T a binge sooo
