"On your somewhere?" Bonnie raised a brow as her friend seemed scattered and forgot a word. "So this just happened? Do you remember who you came in contact with throughout the day?" She had to ask these questions to make sure she knew what happened so maybe she could fix it. "Eh. I don't know about that, I'm sure you'll get several of them pointing out how hot they think you are older than you were et cetera, et cetera. I think you're a littletoo worried about this." The witch chuckled and nodded. "Right. Well, here you are. And I will do my best to fix it, but if I can't it's not the end of the world, is it?"

"Bon Bon.." Seeing her made him feel relief he hadn’t felt in a long time. It was strange due to the fact he had no reason to feel ‘happy’ about seeing her. They weren’t friends, or allies or… anything. But seeing her well and alive? It was one less thing he needed to worry about.

"It was my prison Bonnie, but now it will belong to another unfortunate soul.” He shrugged, not surprised by her reaction in seeing him. “Surprise, surprise! I’m here to get you out of this hell. No ascendant or Bennett spell needed thanks to yours truly becoming leader of his coven. Now hurry up and get what you need before Liv tries to kill me again and we’re—- especially you is screwed.”
"You don't get to call me that." It was bad enough Damon did, but she'd take that previous psychopath over this sociopath any day. But the relief that crossed his face confused her. Though she preferred not to comment. "Bonnie or no dice. I'm not listening."
"Why would you want to save me? One, I don't need to be saved. I have magic again. Two, you. You're an awful person. You stabbed me and left me in Oregon to fend for myself. Still surprised you didn't kill me, but that's beside the point." Bon spoke sternly and then narrowed her eyes. "Liv is trying to kill you? Though that's warranted, I think I'm missing something. But I'm still missing a reason to go to you."

"Seeing as it's supposed to be a prison, I would hope not." Bonnie drawled as she took in a deep breath and her gaze narrowed. "How many are there? And how was I so lucky to end up in yours. Thanks, Grams." But because Grams put her there, she knew there must be a way out. "You've been in two now? Well, aren't you an actual traveler now. I knew there would already be loopholes, Katherine. You aren't telling me anything I couldn't have figured out by myself."
"Well, then good luck digging yourself out of this prison world, because believe me, it’s not easy to escape,” she snarled looking at Bonnie. “Because they are all different, so you know no one will be alike. Plus, I’ve been in my own, it’s not like you can easily leave one to another one. There’s always loopholes.”

Her stay there was short, seeing as she had no one to hinder her and knew exactly what she was looking for, it took so many tries, but she finally got it. Her magic was back, thanks to the crazy ancestral witch of her line, the one that ties her to both Elena and Stefan in a way she found strange and far from foreboding. Good thing it wasn't a repeat with her like it had been with them, that would be strange. But her dislike for Stefan at first was somehow more warranted knowing that and all. But they couldn't be further from their counterparts, though they never got to know Amara and Stefan was sassy like Silas, that didn't make things the same. That was just who they were and that was all.
On her way back to harness the event, Bonnie drove through every repeat day, working her way with nothing but her own singing since the video's battery died. Which made her go back to when Caroline had them make home videos, ask like the Spice Girls, naturally Care was lead and Elena and herself followed. It was a good memory, fond even, mostly. "I'll be back soon, I promise."
Pulling into the Boardinghouse driveway, the last thing Bonnie expected to see was Kai standing on the lawn, waiting. And so she parked and clambered out of the car. "What the hell are you doing here? Weren't you back in my home. No doubt terrorizing it. Did you come back to torture me more? I'm not bringing you home with me, Kai, this is your prison." She had no idea what had passed while she was gone and she was in for a rude awakening.
He couldn’t remember the last time he’d felt so inspired—— no determined, to do something for someone else other than himself. He’d blame the merge and inheriting the most useless traits from Luke.. he but no matter what he tried to convince himself otherwise, he couldn’t control the overwhelming guilt he felt as he watched Bonnie began to lose it. It almost gave him something they could relate to each other. The desperation, the loneliness, and finally the desperation he felt when he realized there was no one coming for him. & now? It was a repeated cycle of misery.
That’s when he got the genius idea to try the ascendant one more time. It couldn’t hurt and there was something inside him, just… nagging the fact that he owed Bonnie to at least try. And ta-da! It worked.

He smiled as the feeling settled in, the familiarity of the stale air surrounding him. 1994. He didn’t miss this place one bit. The sound of a car rumbling down the road snapped him from his nostalgic reverie. Bonnie.

"I never said I didn't believe that, I said I don't believe you can help me and I don't want your so called help." Bonnie retorted and crossed her arms tightly under her chest before licking her lips. "How would other dimensions help me with this one. That's kind of ridiculous. No way they'd make any two of them the same."
Katherine scoffed. “That’s okay, go ahead and not believe you are capable of getting out of here. Do you think you will be stuck in this hell forever? You obviously don’t give yourself enough credit.” The Petrova shrugged and scrunched up her nose. “For your information, I’ve been in other worlds, I know things, and you only know the other side and this little place.”

"To be honest, anyone is better than Katherine Pierce save Silas or a Mikaelson, so it's not setting the bar too high." She chuckled. "But, maybe I should be wicked. Thing is, I like to be who I want to be, not what others think I should be. I am strong. I am independent. Even when I did spells for others, I held my conditions. I'm no idiot, and I prefer to do what's just. Bias does little for me. Makes me a bit judgy, but, honestly, I don't care. I can't do what isn't right. It would be, well, wrong. And that's just not me."
Her words rang extraordinary to the usual mumbo jumbo, and Liam can’t help but be intrigued. This little witch was different. A far more relaxed smile formed on his lips, a wicked spark coming alight in blue eyes. “I deserve better than Katherine Pierce? Someone has high expectations…” Liam found himself moving closer, the unconscious habit of a moth drawn to light. ”Sounds to me like you’re the one who deserves better. Abused for magic? I’m surprised you haven’t turned to the wicked side, Bonnie.”

"Oh really? How's that Katherine? You may have had traveller magick within you, but you don't now. Since they have... disbanded. And your sarcasm will not help me think. So please. Tell me how you would be able to help me. And you twisting my words is definitely not helping your case."
"I can be quite helpful to you, Bon-Bon. Don’t pout, especially since we are the only ones around at the moment. You pick Damon? I’m just so shocked. Elena will be so confused — oh dear, but she doesn’t know.”

A mix of emotions reflected in Liam’s face, somehow maintaining the light calm through the spiking caution. "My dad was kicked off the cloud for killing another of his kind. As his kid, I got myself a one-way ticket to hell for being born.” One of his eyebrows quirked, as the next conversation was something much more comfortable. "Miss Pierce cheated me out of a deal and I hunted her down. Slept with her. Majestic creature for being such a psycho.”
"And the world says God is just and fair." Bonnie mused quietly, a soft sigh passing her lips as her eyes lowered. "I think your life can attest to that better than mine can, but believe me, my life has been no picnic. Abused for my magic, used to fix everyone's problems. It's enough to make a girl bitter." Pursing her lips, the hazel-eyed witch paused. "Katherine did much the same to all of us. However, she never slept with me. Thank God for that. You deserve better."

"Are you sure? Don’t let me hold you from rest." Bonnie spoke with a certain softness as she watched the girl and tilted her head with her concern. “Kind of important you know.”

It took days to remove the taste of smoke from her mouth. The scent of carbon dioxide burning her nostrils hauntingly as it was not even there, but she could sense it. Flashing back to when she laid there. Dying. Until her memories made her strong. Grams. It took music and talking, like stories along with watching Damon's videos to even hold onto sanity, but she managed. She had to as she took the Camaro, heading for the place that may just get her out of there. Doused in ancestral blood. Qetsiyah's blood. Nova Scotia. Canada. She had to be almost there by now, but she was tired. So tired. Sleepy. So as she drove, she drifted. Thank God for clear roads and guardrails, jolting only when she felt the vibrations off the shoulder. "I'm up, I'm up." She sighed, "and still here."

"We are not doing this right now," Bonnie spoke with authority as her eyes rolled with a shake of her head. How Elena thought this would be a good thing to wake up to, she had no idea. "I'm pretty sure vampire is the textbook version of monster, but if I say that then Elena's one which is simply not true, so sure. Damon, I'll bite. No, wait, that's also you." Just dealing with him for a few minutes was enough to start giving the witch a headache, and here she was having to persist through several. "Elena." She grumbled under her breath as her eyes rolled and she pulled her legs in, but when he went on his little false spiel, her eyes narrowed as she looked at him, jaw ticcing before she spoke and threw his own words back in his face almost verbatim. "Well, word of advice, if you’re gonna do any impression of a version of me… at least say things that I would potentially say. If I had it in me right now, I'd throw my coffee at you, but I need it too much. Oh well. Next time."
"Well, word of advice, if you’re gonna do an impression of a better version of me… at least say things that I would potentially say. Plus, give me some credit — I’m not a monster. I do hope you’re feeling well - when you’re sick, you could serve no possible purpose to me, whatsoever.” His brows furrowed, his face saying the singular word for him: ‘Duh’. Bonnie was right, Elena was probably around; he hadn’t doubted it, more so just chosen to ignore it. Although, with a small smirk, he did just what anyone - Elena included - would have expected him to do. “—No, Bonnie, I will not destroy my relationship with Elena for you. I know, I know you can’t help yourself, I’m just so irresistible you can barely think straight… but I’m a man of honor. I’m sorry, but I just — can’t do it.” A hand clasped over his heart, his voice raised in volume to speak the words, grinning cockily. He could practically see Elena rolling her eyes from outside the door, and Bonnie glaring him into oblivion, before the reactions even came.
