I ate more than I wanted to yesterday, purged. And ended up still losing a lb overnight. Like bitch whattt? I'm in the 140s again finally. Going on a date TN with my boyfriend. Going to get sushi and miso soup so I guess it'll end up being my metab day. I'm just so happy I made it out of the 150s. Haven't done this good in so long dude. I do feel weak and shitty and dizzy all the time though. But it'll be worth it. 😭

Ended up eating more than I planned today and ended up purging... I ate like half a bowl of food more than I wanted to. And couldn't just sit with myself. I feel skinny again and whatnot. Just wish I had used my brain and not eaten the food. At least I didn't binge or anything though. So that's a small win.

So I was on these antibiotics because I had an infection last week. And I'm not sure if it was the antibiotics or the fact that I was sick... but I have had no appetite whatsoever lately. Which triggered my E.D very badly and now here I am againnnn. I'm pretty sure I've already lost weight. My pants feel loose on me now. Kinda motivated AF currently.

I think purging my one meal a day was like when I was at my worst. Also tracking the calories other people ate and being shocked and happy they were gonna gain weight. Also making other people food and adding butter and stuff that adds extra calories into it.

Everyones bfs always worry about them not eating enough and make them eat more. But I swearrrr, my boyfriend is so oblivious to me barely eating.... I even make completely separate meals from the ones I make for him because his are too high in calories, and it goes right over his head. Plus I only eat once a day now, while I'm feeding him multiple meals and he still is just is so unaware.. I'm glad, don't get me wrong. I just am worried once I lose like 10 more lbs he's gonna get concerned. I've already lost like 15 🥴
