Reward!

Today is a dark day in circle history. The land has been desecrated by a gang of roughnecks with an excavator. They wheeled in through the handicapped access ramp and despite the silent objections of the masses, have proceeded to dig a gargantuan hole in the southwest corner. At least one perpetrator was wearing an orange shirt. A reward is being offered for their capture.

Love is in the Air

A spry couple has made their way to the potato circle with a photographer. One can only assume that this is where they met and fell in love. They’ve returned here on the dawn of their new life together to commemorate that day so long ago.

Above the Law

Are rules not for you? Are you the kind of person that brings 14 items to express checkout lane when it clearly states there is a limit of 10? If so, good news. You are not alone in this world. Currently at the potato circle is a black Mercedes parked directly underneath the No Standing sign. Guess he took it literally.

Rule Breaker

With no regard to etiquette, white coat lady decides the NO DOGS ALLOWED sign doesn't apply to her cute little pug.

Pink Jacket Returns

The lady with the pink jacket has returned and is violating the rules again. Then her dog proceeded to relieve himself on the memorial grounds.

Pink Jacket

Lady with a pink jacket is currently breaking the cardinal rule - NO DOGS ALLOWED. Dog is kinda cute though.

Rained Out

Any potential activity that would occur at the potato circle has been delayed due to rain.

Glen

Glen came to the potato circle today. He had his backpack. He took a picture and uploaded it to some social media account. Glen proceeded to take a picture of the ice after leaving. There is currently a seagull perched at the top of the memorial.

Nothing

There is absolutely nothing to report today. No one has gone within 20 30 feet of the circle. There's a guy changing a windshield nearby but not close enough to qualify.

Biking at Dusk

A man on a mountain bike showed up. Spent some time really thinking about the meaning of life. Smoked a cigarette. Played with his phone. Might have been playing Ingress.

Old Love

An elderly couple is approaching the memorial with purpose. I strongly feel they are here specifically for this reason. Ending up in that circle was not happenstance.

Beard Guy

The exercising bearded guy is back. Pushups on the easternmost rock. Checks text messages. Proceeds to lie down with a folded towel behind his head and do some sort of stretching routine. I think he's scaring people off.

Not Allowed

The only place I know of that has a "NO DOGS ALLOWED" sign is ironically the place where I've seen more dogs than anywhere on planet earth. You may have guessed it already but that place is the irish Potato Famine Memorial.

Smoker Approaching

A middle aged man smoking a cigarette appeared to approach the memorial. Update: False positive.

Activity

Guy parked his bike nearby. Proceeded to walk around the potato famine circle one time. Took a picture on a mobile phone. Will report back if situation changes.
