Zodiac Territory

Designated Meeting Zones (Weapons are OK if in plain sight)

Beilschmidt Household - A rather large skyscraper overlooking the pier. This, along with several other apartment housing buildings and hotels, acts as living quarters for the Zodiacs. The twins live in the topmost floor in a loft complete with a full kitchen and bar. The extra space is used for guests, hosting parties, weapons, and the like

Theater - A theater where orchestras, traditional plays, ballets, and the like are held. While it is open to everyone, Zodiacs get special treatment when they visit. In addition, enemies that come here are always watched. The fact that this is Zodiac territory is unknown to most.

[insert cool strip club name here] - An underground strip club used as entertainment for the Zodiacs. Here is where most meetings are held, particularly in the meeting room located upstairs.

70% of malls and shops - Naturally, as the buyers and sellers of the gang world, the Zodiacs know how to cover ground. These areas are mostly where people can purchase off of the black market, a large portion of which is owned by the Zodiacs.

Pier - Also where bartering happens. If you look in the water, you’ll see where all the bodies get dumped. Dumping of bodies by non-Zodiac members is allowed only if a fee is paid. Zodiacs document their kills well.

Designated Warzones (Weapons, even concealed ones, OK)

The streets - Just about anywhere, except directly in front of the theater or Zodiac resident areas

Other gang territories - Unless they are designated chill zones

Designated Chill Zones (Weapons Never OK)

Dog Park - If you so much as breathe wrong in the general direction of the dogs, you will be killed. Brutally. 

Pet Stores with Dogs - See above

Potato Patches - See above, replace dogs with potatoes

Local University - As a professor and Head of Department there, Ludwig is able to exert considerable control over the place. This is also used for many meetings. However, do to wanting to keep his reputation, this is 100% a chill zone.

[pauses] There is a pet store here. With dogs. 

They are smart, but you know how our dogs like to eat their own poop. They will probably think it’s some new treat more than anything.
