Instructions: Cut the tofu into square segments. To make the marinade, combine the soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar in a shallow dish. After dipping each piece of tofu into the marinade, let it sit for fifteen minutes. Once the tofu has marinated, evenly coat each piece with cornstarch. In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Fry the tofu pieces for 34 minutes on each side, or until they are crispy and golden brown. Take out the tofu from the pan and set it on a plate covered with paper towels to absorb any extra oil. Serve hot as a garnish for rice bowls or as a dip for other foods.

Instructions: Over medium-low heat, warm the almond milk in a small saucepan without letting it boil. Turmeric, ginger, cardamom, vanilla extract, maple syrup or honey, and black pepper should all be added to the saucepan. For about three to five minutes, whisk until everything is well mixed and hot. Put it in a mug and enjoy!

This Israeli couscous and grilled eggplant and red pepper salad is a great addition to your picnic. It tastes like the Mediterranean and is both refreshing and filling.
Ingredients: 1 cup Israeli couscous. 1 1/2 cups water. 1 small eggplant, sliced. 1 red bell pepper, halved and seeded. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and black pepper to taste. 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped. 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled. 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced. 2 tablespoons lemon juice. 2 cloves garlic, minced.
Instructions: Warm the grill up to a medium-high level. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Put in the Israeli couscous and let it cook for 8 to 10 minutes, until it's soft. After draining, set it aside to cool. Add salt and black pepper to the eggplant slices and red bell pepper halves after brushing them with olive oil. Red bell pepper and eggplant should be grilled for four to five minutes on each side, or until they are soft and have grill marks. Take it off the grill and let it cool down a bit. Cut the grilled eggplant and red bell pepper into small pieces that you can easily eat. The cooked couscous, chopped eggplant, red bell pepper, fresh parsley, feta cheese, and Kalamata olives should all be put in a large bowl together. Mix lemon juice and garlic powder in a small bowl with a whisk. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss it to mix. To your liking, add more salt and black pepper. Put the salad in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before you serve it so that the flavors can mix. Serve as a tasty salad for a picnic!

Ingredients: 9 lasagna noodles. 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded. 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese. 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/2 cup chopped onion. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 4 tablespoons butter. 1/4 cup all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon dried basil. 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper. 2 cups chicken broth. 1 1/2 cups milk.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. According to the package, cook the lasagna noodles. Once they are done, drain them and set them aside. Melt the butter in a big pan over medium-low heat. Add the garlic and onion and cook until they get soft. Add the pepper, salt, basil, and flour and mix well. Add the chicken broth and milk slowly while stirring all the time until the mixture gets thick. In the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish, lay out three lasagna noodles. Cover half of the noodles with noodles. Then cover half of the noodles with sauce. Finally, cover half of the noodles with 1/3 of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Add more noodles, chicken, sauce, and cheeses in the next layers. Put foil over it and bake for 25 minutes. Take off the foil and bake for another 25 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden brown. Allow it to cool a bit before serving. Have fun!
