Even though Team Thndr Root doesn't have Pikachu on the team doesn't mean Treecko (now Grovyle) has to be put into retirement yet. Sure, exploring isn't her strong suit, but she's at least getting better at it. Leading to her return with really cool treasures to bring back for little Pichu to look at.

So in realty I have more than one favorite scene in gates, so it took me a while to decided which scene to pic. In the end I went with this gem of an intense scene. (Also day 3 of having to come up with a design for a character I never drew...)

My patience is waning Is this entertaining? My patience is waning IS THIS ENTERTAINING?!

While there are many scenes in the PMD series that are my favorite, this one still makes me laugh to this day. This is the scene in Gates to Infinity where hero gets Toxicroak away from where 'partner' was and knocks him out. Granted, we don't see how it happens, but I like to have ideas on how it was done. 8P

Truthfully, I wanted to experiment with this one, specifically the background. The Sea of Time sequence before you enter the Hidden Land looked so cool you just knew you were in for the long haul. I forgot the purple lightning that happens upon entering the Hidden Land but I think this came out good regardless.

Ironically enough, I chose Fern and Toffee for this one because they themselves are night and day too. While Toffee gets rest at night, Fern reviews the map to get to the dungeon with ease on the island they plan to visit the next morning. Not only is that a day and night moment, but also the placement of their scarves in the back.

@heropartnerweek Day 2: Human AU

So I wasn't sure if this meant gijinkas or normal humans (Which for me are two different things) I went with the latter cause gijinkas are my default of course. and spoiler alert that'll what you'll see for the rest of the week)

Sine it's an AU, I made a story. These are suppose to be my rescue team boys (Which you might only get the clue by Blake's thought bubble) in a universe where the events of RT was just a dream of Blake's. But in this case he meets Cyclone's human counterpart in this AU

Blake is confused about the human who reminds him or his old/dream partner and not sure if he should trust him.

Human Cyclone's hair is different from gijinka cyclone cause I think it would make sense (First time with said style I hope it looks fine.)

So far I haven't seen anyone bring up Mega evolution so I thought it would be neat to draw Fern mega evolved. Of course, the mega emeras are pretty dangerous if you don't have the right looplet! I can imagine those who can mega evolve lose a part of themselves when they mega evolve until the effects wear off.
