Thank you so much for making those beautiful photos. Acne has been my #1 insecurity since middle school, and I've been waiting for some body posi photos having to do with acne for a really long time. I wanted to myself, but I didn't know how to pull it off. You did it beautifully, keep it up.

hello, just wanted to tell you that your project is amazing. I was fighting with acne all my teen years and still sometimes I have problems with my skin and I am 23. It took my years to understood that acne doesn't make my any less beautiful and self confident. It was hard fight, but slowly I am in a process of believing in myself. So I hope that this project will help you and many other persons :)

Hi, I read about your project here and I think it's inspiring and creative. I understand the concept of it but I want to ask you: do you link the pimples in a specific way or just randomly? By the way, you're beautiful and the acne would never make you less beautiful!

how do you edit your photography? i'm a photographer myself and i'm curious as to what editing tools you use to make your photos look so gorgeous! any tips would be greatly appreciated - btw i love the movement you're creating. i too have struggled with acne my entire life, which is why i'm the girl behind the camera, not in front. i think you'll help in creating an atmosphere or mind set that beauty comes in all forms and little imperfections don't limit that or define you

First to answer your question, I use just good ole' Photoshop CS6 to edit my photos. It can be expensive but I bought it with a student discount, which I would obviously recommend because it saves you money!

Secondly, your message is incredibly sweet. Thank you so much for your kind words. My ultimate goal is definitely to eventually make some type of impact on society, teenagers, or anyone that is willing to listen.

I hope you pick up your camera one day and take some super rad self-portraits! No one has to only be the girl behind the camera. Beauty can be defined in many ways.
