Had a weird start upon getting to the Isle of Armor.

There were these two weirdos who came up to me when I got to the Isle of Armor. They seem like they got some kind of inferiority complex going on. But they thought I was the Dojo's new student and tried to battle me. Shut that down immediately, but then Torrent wanted to battle.

Torrent won against the both of them. I'm so proud.

Seemed to have humbled them both, too. Momentarily, at least.

Still said I wasn't gonna be the new student. The actual new student got intimidated by them and changed his mind (he was too scared to set foot out of the station).

Dojo's letting us stay there for a night until the person I'm supposed to meet up with gets here.

Hi rotomblr I'm not dead.

I'm still in Galar (mostly because I don't want to go home); about to visit the Isle of Armor because Torrent really wants to see it. I'll be meeting someone there too; hopefully this trip won't extend to months on end like the Crown Tundra trip did.

A random person came up to me yesterday and handed me a box of chocolates that had some kind of filling that turned out to be spicier than ghost peppers. According to my coworker, who eats ghost peppers on a near daily basis because his friends pay him to, that is.

I have no idea who the person was or why they gave it to me. I don't even accept food from strangers, so I didn't eat it anyway, but my coworkers sure had fun torturing themselves with it.

So my three coworkers spent the day eating the spiced chocolates from the distortion world.

They're all in extreme pain but they finished the box.
