The way you tell yourself to wake up at a certain time IS literally the same way you manifest.
I've done this Lil experiment multiple times and I came to realize that.. everytime I say "I'm waking up at 6" and going to bed knowing I'm gonna wake up at that same time
Guess what? I wake up at the specific time I said it is. No methods. No worrying. Nothing.
Manifesting is just like that. you don't need anything. Just you. If you want this then you are going to get it.

embodying your dr self

To shift realities you need to start to:
Think about being there already and not about the process of shifting.
Which is why you start to embody your dr self.
In your DR, who are you? how old are you? what’s your job occupation? Any errands you need to run tomorrow?
We all know that the shift in the mindset is instantaneous and real. So once you have embodied the thoughts of someone who is in their dr, you’ve shifted. It’s done.
Then persist.
Once you have done that, then you can think about your dr surroundings.
Personally, I think it’s quite confusing when people think about their surroundings rather than their dr self, their thoughts and feelings etc. But if that works for you then that’s okay.
So to sum up what’s been said:
1) Connect to dr self
E.g.
“So when I wake up tmrw i need to clean my house and call my friends over”
“My name is __ and i’m so thankful that im __”
2) Then connect to surroundings
“My bed feels so soft… I don’t even wanna get out of bed i’m so comfortable”
“Wait my perfume smells so good right now”
(You can even do these at the same time but i prefer to do it in this order)
You don’t even need to visualise, if you tell your subconscious you’re feeling something in your dr, it has to accept that though repetition (affirming) and persistence.
3) You have shifted.
The key is persistence. so what if the 3D shows you otherwise? Ignore it, it’s simply a reflection of your past assumptions….

HELPFUL : you’re not a traveller hopping from city to city; you’re the city planner. you build the roads, design the skyline, and decide which street to stroll down.
words carry weight, and “shifting” might make it sound like a big deal™. but think about it: do you call blinking “shifting your visual perspective”? Dd you call dreaming “entering an alternate neurological construct”? no. shifting is just you sliding into the groove of the universe that already fits you best.
it’s recalibrating your energy to align with a version of yourself that already exists. you’re not creating. you’re remembering - recalibrating.

⋆ then, imagine yourself not as a person, but as an infinite presence. you’re not sitting in a room; you’re holding infinite dimensions inside you.

how i shifted 4+ times in one night

So I wanna say this happened like a week ago and that night I was up on my phone writing down some limiting beliefs I had and replaced them with new ones and had made it into a new phrase for myself to affirm:

That night i looped that last phrase (highlighted in blue) over and over again.
I was laying in my bed, eyes closed but I was very cold. The covers were not on me but i really wanted to cover myself with it. I then thought “why not shift to a reality where the covers are on me.”
So i literally just visualised myself with the covers and said “The covers are on me”… and it happened so fast. I opened my eyes and the covers were on me. I shifted back and was kinda shocked but also very happy. I decided to sleep and I woke up shortly after that with the blanket on me again. That night I kept shifting to an alternate cr with the blanket on me.
It didn’t really hit me until I woke up that morning that I shifted that amount of times in one night, and how extremely simple it is.
I think when I become aware of the fact that I was a master shifter and looped that (esp since i was very tired which makes the subconscious very open to suggestion) it influenced how I was able to shift sm that night.
All you need to do is
1. If you have a lot of limiting beliefs, eliminate them and replace them with new and positive beliefs.
2. Align yourself to a dr
3. Persist that you are there.
4. Done. you can shift.
It really is that simple babe! You are the creator of your reality and you decide what goes, not some shifting video you saw on tiktok or on tumblr etc. Become aware of the fact that you are a master shifter and just persist in that.

all the times i shifted, i 100% believed i was there. and it’s tricky to do bc you always feel you’re gaslighting yourself to some degree.
but i found it helps if you say “no matter what i feel, hear, or see, im in my dr” and ignore your cr.
you don’t even have to feel your bedsheets or anything from your dr. feel the change in energy. like how you’d feel if you changed rooms with a blindfold on. the physical sensations are the same - but energetically it feels different.

Focus on the result, not the process.
I've spent the last couple days researching LOA and while lurking on r/NevilleGoddard, something clicked for me.
You want the end result, not the process.
Example:
You don't want a job offer, you want a job
You don't a pizza delivery, you want a pizza
You don't want a text, you want attention
You don't want 'symptoms', you want the shift
When attempting to shift, you're paying way to much attention to feeling 'symptoms'. You are acting like the shift is happening in the 3D instead of the 4D.
Remember you are shifting your consciousness not your body. Stop focusing on the act of shifting and start focusing on your life in your DR.
Feel the thoughts and emotions of your DRself. What are your goals for the day, how do you feel about your S/O/BFF, what are you excited about, etc.
Once you shift the 4D, the 3D must reflect it.

JUST ENTERED THE VOID STATE AND OMG.
Hi! So basically, I started being interested in entering the void just a few days ago and I tried a few different methods. Tbh even in the beginning, I didn't think that going into the void was a issue, however I feel asleep / got disturbed in the process. I tried the trance method and it worked. So I first started using this method I think 2 days ago, but I feel asleep, got distracted or I became impatient. [ Btw I recommend sitting on a chair if you get sleepy like me! ] https://www.tumblr.com/ghostfest/716970663364214784/my-void-state-method-adhdno-focus-friendly . I love this post, it told me all I needed to know and it might help you all too! Again, this is my first time "going into to the void state" so I don't know how it feels but I just got out of the void state and I still lowkey feel as if I'm floating. Anyways, I used subconcious access isochronic tones by Absolute Power Subliminals while trying this method, I'm just not used to being totally silent so. Btw for this isochronic tones, you have to use headphones, on stereo mode. It's totally optional though, you can listen to whatever you want! [ btw I used this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y8cLhlSuW4w&list=TLPQMTcxMDIwMjTBPfjlD_XRnA&index=1&pp=gAQBiAQB ] . I picked a spot and kept staring, and I think you should stare at that spot for at least a minute before you start expanding your view. Fix your gaze, don't move your eyes. I still feel like I'm floating, I just feel numb I don't know. It's like I have wings which are trying to lift me? I might just try shifting through this, but for now I'm satisfied with just entering the void.
