Here are a few things for you all!
1. First of all, Alyse Emdur, the artist who created the Prison Landscapes series and the Show and Tell video has generously sent a full PDF of her Prison Landscapes book. It is filled with amazing texts, interior photographs, self-portraits, and letters. Please take a moment to check it out. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1OT_A5nxtYGkE07OBGUY_l8Hp0ukgKUho/view?usp=sharing
2.Here's a link to a short video from Art21 about An My Le and her photographs of Vietnam War reenactments and other military exercises. https://art21.org/watch/art-in-the-twenty-first-century/s4/an-my-le-in-protest-segment/
3. Here is a wonderful and in-depth recent interview exploring An My Le's relationship to war and photography. https://www.artnews.com/art-in-america/interviews/an-my-le-interview-complicated-beauty-landscape-photography-1202679272/
4. This essay and selection of photographs presents Claude Cahun's work as an act of theater and lifelong collaboration. https://queerculturalcenter.org/claude-cahun/

Veronica: Last semester I sat in on my friends photoshoot and when they weren’t looking I used their props for some fun. I used a disposable camera so these are the only ones that didn’t come out too dark and green.
