things you need to realize: - you are loved. even if it wasn’t by the person you thought. - you found happiness before them and you will find it again now. - they did a lot to hurt you. you can’t forget that. stop making up excuses for them. - you can care about someone without obsessing over them. - give yourself time to learn to be alone again. - spend time with the people who make you feel happy. - they moved on not because you were easy to get over, but because they were too weak to be alone. - this world is overflowing with people, you are bound to find someone better for you.
