Story Ideas

I was planning for the story to follow SU Season 1 for the most part, then gradually put in more aspects of the show while trying to tell a more interesting story.

Firstly, following the invasion, Ash would take Jasper and Lapis’ gems, then leave despite Garnet ordering he hand them over, following which he curbstomps her. After this, the Crystal Gems start treating Ash as a villain despite that he isn’t really doing anything to them.

The intent is to deconstruct the Crystal Gems as a whole, including their problems.

Team Infinity High Council

Ash Ketchum

Champion of the Orange Archipelago and the Alola region, and is also the World Champion. A young man who despises Pokemon abusers and evildoers, so much so that he formed Team Infinity. His main Pokemon is his famous Pikachu.

Gale Oak

Ash's wife and main companion. Hailing from Pallet Town, she is also a licenced Pokemon Professor as well as a Gym Leader and Champion of Kanto. Her main Pokemon are Eevee and Charizard.

Alfred Bardwell

A gentleman who is the public face of Team Infinity, and who is long-thought to be the boss of Team Infinity. However, he is quite a modest man to talk to, which conceals his true cunning. He refers to Ash and Gale as his master and mistress. His main Pokemon is Alakazam.

Julie Fauna

Ash's therapist, recommended for him after his tribulations in Sinnoh. She signed up for Team Infinity at a point, unaware that her client was the big boss. Her main Pokemon is Vileplume.

Team Infinity Higher-Ups Part 2: Past Companions

Misty

The Gym Leader of Cerulean City who specialises in Water-type Pokémon. She was Ash’s first companion, and she formerly had anger issues, but had since gotten therapy. Her main Pokémon are Gyarados, Starmie and Lapras.

Brock

A Pokémon Doctor who used to be the Gym Leader of Pewter City. A former hopeless romantic, he has since entered a relationship with Pike Queen Lucy. He is also quite wise and brotherly. His main Pokémon are Steelix, Forretress, Toxicroak and Blissey.

May

A Coordinator from Petalburg City in the Hoenn region. She is quite interested in travel, and has quite the interest in cuisine. Her main Pokémon are Blaziken, Venusaur and Blastoise.

Dawn

A Coordinator from Twinleaf Town in the Sinnoh region. Quite adept at fashion, she has a bond with the Legendary Pokémon Mesprit. Her main Pokémon are Empoleon and Lopunny.

Iris

The Champion of the Unova region. Hailing from the Village of Dragons, she is quite a wild girl. She is also known as ‘the girl who can connect with the hearts of dragons’. Her main Pokémon is Haxorus.

Cilan

A former Gym Leader of Striaton City and a Pokémon Connoisseur. A chef who tends to speak in food metaphors, he is quite a delight to have around. His main Pokémon is Simisage.

Clemont

The Gym Leader of Lumiose City and a Hero of Kalos. An inventor by trade, he is quite a genius, though his stamina leaves a lot to be desired. His main Pokémon are Heliolisk and Luxray.

Serena

A Pokémon Coordinator from Vaniville Town in Kalos. Very fashion-oriented, she is also quite an athletic girl. Her main Pokémon are Delphox and Talonflame.

Team Infinity Higher-Ups Part 1: Ultra Guardians

After the Alola League, the Aether Foundation had transferred the Ultra Guardians division to Team Infinity upon hearing how much Ash had endured over the course of his journey.

Lana

After returning from her fishing trip, Lana had gone around befriending more Pokémon and adding to her team. Her main Pokémon is Primarina.

Kiawe

The squad leader of the Ultra Guardians division due to Ash’s leadership of Team Infinity, Kiawe has expanded his ideals to protecting the world as a whole. His main Pokémon is Turtonator, with Marowak as the main backup.

Lillie

During the journey to find Mohn, Lillie had trained and added more Pokémon to her team. Her main Pokémon is Snowy the Alolan Ninetales.

Sophocles

After returning from Hoenn, Sophocles went around training more Electric and Bug-type Pokémon. His main Pokémon are Togedemaru, Vikavolt and Orbeetle.

Mallow

Feeling like her life was getting empty after Ash accomplished his dream to be the strongest Trainer, Mallow went around to train more Pokémon. Her main Pokémon is Tsareena.

Gladion

The strongest of the Ultra Guardians division, as well as Kiawe’s second-in-command, Gladion has aimed to protect his family by any means necessary. His main Pokémon is Silvally.

Hau

The newest member of the Ultra Guardians, Hau does whatever it takes to protect his home. His main Pokémon is Decidueye.

Gems of Team Infinity

Lapis

Lapis was freed from her prison by Ash and Steven, then was healed by the latter and allowed to go on her way. During the foiled invasion (‘The Return’ and ‘Jailbreak’), she was freed by Ash and convinced to join Team Infinity, despite her own reservations.

Thanks to being in a good social space owing to her colleagues, Lapis is a much better character compared to canon.

Lapis’ partner Pokémon is a Kingdra.

Peridot

Peridot’s first known visits to Earth was to check on the Cluster on order from the Great Diamond Authority. However, in her debut (‘Warp Tour’), she is found by Ash and defeated in a battle. Her next visit was when the Crystal Gems found out about her. After her ship was destroyed, she tried to find a way off Earth, though Ash utilised Team Infinity’s resources to find her. After hearing her reasons, he let her into Team Infinity.

Peridot’s partner Pokémon is a Magnezone

Jasper

Arriving on Earth during the invasion, Jasper proved to be a challenging opponent for Ash. After he captured her, he convinced her to join Team Infinity. Ash became one of a few that Jasper respects.

Jasper’s partner Pokémon is a Golurk.

Hey, everyone. I’m presently putting things together for a Pokémon X Steven Universe crossover. There’s a few things;

1: It’s post-Journeys.

2: It’s a rewrite of ‘Steven Universe’.

3: There’s more involvement and development regarding the other SU characters, such as the other Crystal Gems, Lapis and Connie.

Team Infinity

This is the group that Ash and Gale formed, with the express purpose of destroying Team Rocket. (Note: The initial members were found after Johto, and the events of ‘Heroes’ was still on Ash’s mind.)

The members immediately under the pair are two second-in-commands; Alfred, who is the team’s public face, and Julie, who is also Ash’s therapist.

The three main characters of the story will be Ashura Satoshi Ketchum, Steven Universe, and Connie Maheswaren.

Ash’s main partner will be his famous Pikachu.

Steven’s main partner will be an Eevee that will evolve into a Flareon.

Connie’s main partner will be a Honedge that will become an Aegislash.
