Needing some advice

How do you balance it all? I haven’t slept in two days, and have had weeks where I go longer without sleep, and due to this have now developed a problem with trying to put myself to sleep even when I have the time. Let me clarify why I haven’t been sleeping, I am a full time mom, I work full time .. 8am to 9pm some days, I am a student, and am also trying to start up my art business from the ground up. My question is how do you manage it all? Do you ever have moments where you are wondering what you have to give up for a day to sleep? I am not sure how to fix this, and feel like a car running out of gas while trying to push up a hill. @therealjacksepticeye
