Review/Opinion: I love this buddy so much, she looks so cute and comfy and soft. It looks like some build a bear clothes would fit her too. I want her so bad honestly, it's a shame the pokemon center website is inaccessible to people in europe. While the website I link is the UK one, this cutie is available on the US website too.

hihi, I have a frog plushie named Ralphie. his tags are all worn out now, but I'm pretty sure they said Bayview Supply at some point. I found another version that looked super similar so I bought it on eBay, but it's bigger and a little different. do u happen to know where I can find real ralphie photos?

little ralphie is on the left, big ralphie is on the right. real ralphie's eyes are yellow, not white, and his hands are seen together! plus, I'm pretty sure his yellow ribbon is the original one. I've had him for at least 5 years, but I have no idea when he's actually from!

So, during my search I found out a few things:

Frog plushes with yellow ribbons and yellow eyes that look like this are extremely common

Walmart makes a lot of frog plushies but rarely makes more than like 100

So many frog plushes that look similar but are off enough to be different exist

I am sorry to inform that I couldn't find them. I think Ralphie is one of his kind. There is two possibilities, since the Bayview Supply company one you bought does look similar: this is one of those random plushes that are sold at grocery stores or gas stations that there are like 100-500 of or Bayview Supply DID used to make this plush but changed the design and simply nobody has put up the old design for sale. Either way, your best options are to keep looking periodically or to buy a similar looking plush and maybe do some sewing to get it exactly like that one. I'm also sure there's people out there you can commission. If you wish to keep Ralphie in good condition, you could also look into sending him to a plush restorator!

I will keep looking occasionally and update if I find them, however I have compiled some listings for similar pluhes in the meantime (below the cut). I recommend looking at the similar items on Etsy or reverse image searching and looking through the options. Ralphie could get a brother or cousin! I'm very sorry I couldn't find him and if anybody sees this and has the plush or knows of one, send the asker a message!

Can you please find him or the company he's from? I think he was from the 80s or 90s. Deodorant for scale. I need to replace him because his mouth is toxic :( (leather came off in a patch and the dye that's coming from is poisonous)

Hi! Firstly, I am so sorry that your friend turned poisonous. If you want to keep the original, look into going to a seamstress (or perhaps a plushie restorer online), they might be able to remove all of the leather lining and make him safe again! Especially since it could happen again with the next plush.

Having said that, I think I've found him. The brand is Chosun International, which is indeed considered vintage nowadays. However, you seem to be lucky as lots of listings on Ebay and other vintage selling sites exist! The sizes seem to vary, I suggest measuring him to choose the one that is closest to the size, I am seeing 13, 14 and 16 inches in listings. There are also slight differences in fur colour, and although I suspect that being due to storage differences overtime, you should browse around and find one that matches the best! They're a decent price too, so no need to be worried about breaking your wallet. While a lot of them aren't in the best of conditions, I've compiled a few listings that look decent (below the cut), the first two are the best in my opinion. You can find more searching these phrases: Chosun International Orangutan, Chosun International Monkey, Vintage Chosun International Monkey etc.

Review/Opinion: What is there to say, a classic. Ikea plushies are the best, cheap and good quality. This one specifically I love, I've had her for a while. She has a velcro in her mouth so you can roll up her tongue and then close her mouth. Personally, I love to cuddle her because when I put her arms around me it feels like she is cuddling me back.

Review/Opinion: I got this guy at Korkesaari Zoo and honestly, so worth it. The different textures are so so good and the shape and hold is so satisfying. Not very cuddly but cute especially for collectors.

Review/Opinion: This is one of the cutest whale sharks plushies I've seen. The spots seemed to just be printed on though. Not many sites sell this (Cornelissen exclusively sells to retailers) but feel free to search more for it on different sites! They look so cuddly, I'm slowly convincing myself to get one hah. If its too big, you can also find a smaller (27 cm) one on amazon here for €11.17. Because Cornelissen only sells to retailers and this one doesn't seem to be a popular item, I'm actually really proud of finding this hehe.

Review/Opinion: I've actually got this guy! Just like I mentioned for Harold, this shop doesn't deliver to the EU and is currently on break, they sell out fast and are only open for a few days everytime there is a new drop. Ollie's collar is removable (the string inside is stretchy so you can use it as a bracelet or hair tie) and he as a bell in his body. The ears are also posable! I think he is good quality and worth the money, honestly so cute.

Review/Opinion: This plushie is much better quality than the image lets on. I think its a little expensive for what it is is, but he is super cute. While I don't support the British Museum, if you can find these second hand or are already going, definitely worth a look.
