Sauron forges the One Ring

posted about the reference already but once more on the actual post: this is part of the genesis mosaic in san marco, venice. it depicts adam being endowed with a soul, which is symbolized by a little guy with wings :-) since sauron poured some of his own self and being into the ring i wanted to draw him with a little soul piece guy. i also thought giving him a halo that also gets used up to make the ring would beeee very fun! thanks for reading ❣️
