So, I think I'll find a way to incorporate him into one of the already existing ones. Oh wait...I should also consider giving him a name!

How do the familiars get choosen? Do the witches choose? Do the familiars choose? Is there some kind of ritual?

The comic blog doesn't have the asks option so I thought I'd ask here.

There is a summoning ritual! Neither the witch or familiar pick who they get. Instead, it's a mysterious magical force who evaluates the witch, and chooses the familiar they believe suits them best. So, it's always a mystery who will get what creature as a familiar. Eventually I'll make a comic depicting this 👍
