Finally have time to add in some photoshopped elements to images I've taken over the past month or two. I'm not sure why, but going back to older pictures makes me want to re-edit them too. 

I took this picture while in Edmonton at Mill Creek Ravine. If you haven't been, it's really nice there, but beware of the mosquitoes. Looked like a really nice place to walk. 

This is Ilala cosplay! One of the sisters cosplayed Merida for the parade earlier that day, and I have finally gotten around to adding wisps into this picture.

PAX Prime just happened, and it was pretty insane. I took it easy this time because it didn't seem like there was much going on or too much swag. I think I'm pretty done with collecting the paper and free pins and tried my luck at the bigger draws. Alas nothing on our end but it's cool. I still got autographs from some of my favourite LCS teams and I met two shoutcasters! omf made my entire PAX worth.

Here's a picture of my friend who spent countless hours working on this costume! It was great seeing it all put together (finally)! We'll need to get in a proper shoot, but looks superb so far <3

First time at Tsukino-Con! I haven't been back to a Victoria con since Keikon (such a long time ago).  Despite the weather, I had a great time at the con on Saturday. The cosplayers were great and really did a great job. The weather couldn't dampen their spirits. 

Normally I don't walk around taking photos (because I'm usually in cosplay), but this was fun! Feels good to be on the other side of the camera once in a while. : 3

I've been hopping back and forth on different parts of this costume. I think i'm pretty happy with the chest armor so far. I'm waiting on worbla to come in so I can put the whole thing together as one solid piece and add details. 

So far not bad. Lol I'm also trying to use up all of my random coloured craft foam. Not too worried about it. Going to get painted and covered anyway. lol 

Yays Progress!

I'm starting to like armor building more than sewing.
