A quick UI screen for practice based on the CIA kids interface. I wanted the screen to be sophisticated and hi-tech at the same time reflect simplicity while catering to children aged 7 and above. A fun little exercise.

Pano painting - A Test
Attempted to create a 360 Panorama Illustration for Facebook 360. This is the actual illustration in progress that can be viewed as an interactive panorama here.
Lemme know your thoughts. It was great fun to do this illustration as it forced me to think unconventionally.

Hello again..
A few of you who follow my work on Facebook have asked me this question a few times. For a long time I had a blogger site for my art works but I felt restricted with the features. Very recently I switched to Tumblr and loving every bit of it so far. I have always worked under the name Pixel Putra. This is where my more professional and client based work are displayed. If you want to check my game and User interface related work, then you are in the right place :)
Vidhu Venkat on the other hand, is a page where I’m hoping to explore, create, learn and unlearn. This is my personal blog where I am planning to update illustrations, studies and hopefully poems. No particular agenda but a space where I unwind and practice art. Head over here if you also want to see some cool gif process :)
I hope you would continue to follow me in both these spaces and show me your love and support. Now back to arting :)

Tipping the odds
Decided to save up the progress and make a process gif out of it. I feel like this one is finished even though there are some stuff I could go over. This one is part of the “Tiramisu Diary” series that I had been working on in my free time.
Lemme know your thoughts

Bluff Party
I am so happy to share with you guys a game that got launched worldwide. I had been working on this game for over a year. It went through various design iterations and many artistic changes and as the Lead Artist I was responsible for not only coming up with the Art direction but designing and delivering all the game assets including User Interface elements. I also contributed to creating a functional user experience. Do play the game and let me know your thoughts.
Enjoy the game Bluff Party and show your support to BYOF Studios

I’m working on a series of illustrations based on Ancient Indian heritage. First of these are an Indian girl selling flowers and a little Indian prince. With these illustrations my aim is to create stylized characters and explore simple rendering techniques.
