Consider: a car of 3 or more people, the desperate one being the one sitting in the backseat. They get the driver to pull over as soon as possible, so there's not a lot of shelter (perhaps literally just the edge of the road and a fence) and so they open the front passenger door and the back door and go between them, all the while in close proximity of whoever's in the passenger seat

thinking about peeing on the ground RIGHT outside the car and using the car door as a shield… maybe there’s nowhere else for cover, or maybe they were planning to go inside somewhere or at least get further from the car but couldn’t hold it and had to drop their pants and go the second they opened the door to get out 🥴 and the other person in the car can see/hear everything
