I still don't understand why this scumbag didn't get arrested straight away. Like, the police are allowed to arrest anyone even without a warrant if they witness a crime and what this waste of space did was a crime! And no, what he did can NOT be written off as an act of disciplining a child—breaking a glass bottle on a kid's head is just plain abuse.

It really makes my blood boil to know that they just cuffed him up and threw him in the cell when he should've been taken to the hospital first—I doubt whether he even received a first aid 'cause he still had dried blood on his forehead when Ray Dark came to meet him.
