Christmas times @ Pinnacle IHM, students showcased their culinary and hospitality skills in a unique presentation at their model restaurant, "The Royal Dukes." The highlight was a high tea featuring a Christmas-themed centerpiece replicating a Norwegian village crafted with fondant, royal icing, and wafers.
The menu included a variety of Christmas goodies, from cakes to cookies, brownies, marshmallows, and savory treats like cheese balls and spring rolls. Complemented by teas, coffees, and Christmas mocktails like the Christmas Martini, the culinary delights delighted the guests.
In addition to the delicious offerings, students displayed their artistic talents through vegetable carving, fruit carving, butter carving, and thermocol carving, showcasing their diverse skills and attention to detail.
The Christmas carnival at Pinnacle IHM provided a joyful atmosphere where students celebrated and shared their festive spirit through their culinary and artistic endeavors.
