About the work task post you made: I loved it, it was immensely relatable. I'd like to add my own thing:

I noticed having a schedule I made basically just removes start up apprehension. Even better if nobody is scolding me to do work. However I noticed that if I don't do something hedonistic, like have something very sugary, once every 1-2 days I acquire a "fun debt" that makes me "crash". It takes significantly longer to startup tasks cause I feel I'm not fulfilled.

Ever feel this way? That you have to have a level of self-indulgence to keep on a productive schedule.

I hope it's relevant to your post because you do mention stimulants and that falls under the same camp.

yeah, scheduling can sometimes help.
