The United States of America is not collapsing it is crumbling little by little.

First I'm going to say it in English and then in Spanish

Hey so there's a lot going on right now in the united states and first i just want to talk about the mass deportation that is going to happen on tomorrow, Tuesday January 20th 2025 or they can start literally start today on Monday but good news is that Chicago public schools and the Chicago police department will not cooperate with ICE to turn in any immigrants so schools are safe from ICE coming into schools.

Important things to remember is to not give out any information and 2 things to say:

1:I wish to use my right to not speak

2: I wish to speak to a lawyer

They might ask for your name but do not give out any information to them, if you want a lawyer then you may not get a right to get a free lawyer, but there are many lawyers and non profit organizations that works with people who are undocumented, when finding a lawyer you have to be careful because there could be a lot of frauds and scams out there so you need to make sure that they have a credited law degree it also has to be from the United States not from a different country, having an attorney is very important because the second they find out that you have an attorney it is most likely that they are going to stop but if they don't stay calm, again STAY CALM no matter what, if they get aggressive you still need to be calm it is extremely important to stay calm and be the bigger person because you don't want to give them a reason to have caused it to detain you and if they detain you then they could easily deport you, and just because its ICE does not mean that they have the right to enter your home without a warrant, so yes you do have the right to say 'you cannot enter my home without a warrant.'

Know your rights:

If you see a car with border patrol on it yell out 'La Migra' if you are out on the street ask immediately 'Am I free to go' again DO NOT confirm your your name, if they say yes then say 'I do not want to answer your questions', if they say no say 'i want to use my right to not answer your questions' and say 'I want to speak to a lawyer', if they reach into your pocket say 'I do not consent to search', do not lie and do not show false documents, do not flee and do not resist arrest, all of this could be used be used against you in court later.

What happens if they show up to your house?:

If they show up to your house, ask for a warrant and if they do not have a warrant do not speak to them, and do not DO NOT sign any documents, read the documents carefully because they can try and present fake warrants to you.

If you're in Illinois and know somebody that is being detained call the hotline at 1855-HELP-MY-FAMILY (1- 855-435-7693).

What if they show up to your workplace?:

If at work and your the employer say 'I am the employer and you cannot go into any areas of the workplace without my permission' if they try to enter a private area say that this is a private area and they are not allowed.

Be cautious because ICE can and will lie to you so if they come in, in plain clothes which a lot of them do, they will try to get confirmation of a name before they act, so if a random stranger wants to know your name do not answer them. Remember no matter who you are or where your at, do not get in their way, do not try to help them but you are not required to speak to them or help them in any way. For the people who are legal documented citizens make sure to keep ICE busy, do anything to keep them busy, go up and talk to them to distract them from capturing people. Spanish lesson words for non Spanish speakers: La migra. If you see an ICE officer then shout it as loud as you so you can warn people from ICE officers.

Categories that won't get you deported:

If you are worried to cheer you up I am going to tell categories that wont get you deported: 1: If you have valid paper work then no one can deport you 2: If had done the process of voluntarily become a United States citizen doesn't matter if it was recent or a long time ago then they cant deport you 3: If your a student who traveled to go to school in the United States on a valid F1 visa then you cannot get deported 4: If you have valid work authorization doesn't matter how you have it all it matters that It is approved paper work than you cannot get deported 5: If you have a green card then you cannot get deported.

Deportation is a long process that takes up to years and a judge order before you can get deported but then there will be an appeals process that will take time if you do get a judge order. Here's my opinion on the mass deportation that's going on; I find it insane that these ICE raids are happening in worplaces but not detention centers and jails and prisons, people cant even work in peace to try to get at least 1℅ of what Elon musk has but back on topic for the people think that criminals are the only people that are going to get deported that is not true at all, ICE is looking through workplaces and stores or anywhere to find someone that looks Latino, they'll take you have no documentation and most of the Latinos that have been detained do not have a criminal record. Hola así que hay mucho que hacer en este momento en los Estados Unidos y en primer lugar sólo quiero hablar de la deportación masiva que va a suceder mañana, martes 20 de enero 2025 o pueden comenzar literalmente comenzar hoy el lunes, pero la buena noticia es que las escuelas públicas de Chicago y el departamento de policía de Chicago no cooperará con ICE para entregar a cualquier inmigrante por lo que las escuelas están a salvo de ICE entrar en las escuelas.

Puede que te pregunten tu nombre pero no les des ninguna información, si quieres un abogado puede que no tengas derecho a conseguir un abogado gratis, pero hay muchos abogados y organizaciones sin ánimo de lucro que trabajan con personas indocumentadas, cuando encuentres un abogado tienes que tener cuidado porque puede haber muchos fraudes y estafas por ahí, así que tienes que asegurarte de que tienen un título de derecho acreditado, también tiene que ser de los Estados Unidos y no de otro país, tener un abogado es muy importante porque el segundo se enteran de que usted tiene un abogado lo más probable es que van a parar, pero si no mantener la calma, de nuevo mantener la calma no importa lo que si se ponen agresivos todavía tiene que mantener la calma es muy importante mantener la calma y ser la persona más grande porque usted no quiere darles una razón para haber causado que te detenga y si te detienen a continuación, que fácilmente podría deportar a usted, y sólo porque sea el ICE no significa que tengan derecho a entrar en su casa sin una orden judicial, así que sí tiene derecho a decir 'no pueden entrar en mi casa sin una orden'.

Conozca sus derechos:

Si ves un coche con la patrulla fronteriza grita 'La Migra' si estás en la calle pregunta inmediatamente 'Soy libre de irme?' de nuevo NO confirmes tu nombre, si dicen que sí entonces di 'No quiero responder a sus preguntas', si dicen que no, diga "quiero ejercer mi derecho a no responder a sus preguntas" y "quiero hablar con un abogado", si le meten la mano en el bolsillo, diga "no consiento que me registren", no mienta ni muestre documentos falsos, no huya ni se resista a la detención, todo esto podría ser utilizado en su contra en un juicio posterior.

Que pasa si ellos se presentan a tu casa?:

Si se presentan en tu casa, pide una orden y si no la tienen no hables con ellos, y NO firmes ningun documento, lee los documentos detenidamente porque pueden intentar presentarte ordenes falsas.

Si estas en Illinois y conoces a alguien que esta siendo detenido llama a la linea directa 1855-HELP-MY-FAMILY (1- 855-435-7693).

Que pasa si ellos presentan a tu trabajo?:

Si estas en el trabajo y tu eres el empleador di 'Yo soy el empleador y tu no puedes entrar a ninguna area del lugar de trabajo sin mi permiso' si ellos tratan de entrar a un area privada diles que esta es un area privada y que no se les permite.

Recuerde que no importa quién sea ni dónde se encuentre, no se interponga en su camino, no intente ayudarles, pero no está obligado a hablar con ellos ni a ayudarles de ninguna manera. Para las personas que son ciudadanos legales documentados asegúrate de mantener ocupado a ICE, haz cualquier cosa para mantenerlos ocupados, acércate y habla con ellos para distraerlos de la captura de personas. categorías que no harán que te deporten:

Si estas preocupado para animarte te voy a decir categorias que no te van a deportar: 1: Si tienes papeles validos entonces nadie te puede deportar 2: Si has hecho el proceso de convertirte voluntariamente en ciudadano de los Estados Unidos no importa si fue reciente o hace mucho tiempo entonces no te pueden deportar 3: Si eres un estudiante que viajo para ir a la escuela en los Estados Unidos con una visa F1 valida entonces no te pueden deportar 4: Si tienes una autorizacion valida de trabajo no importa como la tengas todo lo que importa es que son papeles aprobados entonces no te pueden deportar 5: Si tienes una tarjeta verde entonces no te pueden deportar.

La deportación es un proceso largo que toma hasta años y una orden del juez antes de que usted pueda conseguir deportado pero entonces habrá un proceso de las súplicas que tomará tiempo si usted consigue una orden del juez. Esta es mi opinión sobre la deportación masiva que está ocurriendo; me parece una locura que estas redadas de ICE sean que sucede en los lugares de trabajo, pero no los centros de detención y las cárceles y prisiones, la gente ni siquiera puede trabajar en paz para tratar de obtener al menos el 1 por ciento de lo que Elon Musk tiene, pero volviendo al tema de la gente piensa que los criminales son las únicas personas que van a ser deportados que no es cierto en absoluto, ICE está buscando a través de los lugares de trabajo y tiendas o en cualquier lugar para encontrar a alguien que parece latino, que van a tomar que no tienen documentación y la mayoría de los latinos que han sido detenidos no tienen antecedentes penales. I'm cold af rn but I'll still prefer winter over summer any day (O_O)

Nothing much happened today, one thing that happened is that my mom questioned if I have autism for the 100th time bc I don't speak a lot 🙂. But yeah my mom had to go get groceries like a lot like she went to 4 different stores to get food bc on Monday and Tuesday ICE is gonna be in Chicago to capture immigrants and since she doesn't have like no papers at all, like my dad he has like one file yk permission to work here basically more job opportunities, but my mom has nothing to defend herself so that's why she went to get like a shit ton of groceries to not be able to go out for Monday and Tuesday. One nice thing my church offer is that immigrants that don't feel safe in their own home can stay at the church for Monday and Tuesday bc ICE don't access into temples but my mom decided to stay at home cuz she thinks it won't be necessary and my mom also said that even if she and maybe my dad do get taken away I'll still have my uncle and aunt to watch over me and my siblings. I mean I don't mind like everyone is fine but it's just my aunt. Ah yes my mentally ill Trump supporter white washed possibly at the verge to fall into religious psychosis aunt 🙂

Pretty weird story today y'all.. (O_O)

So today I was at church 💒 and umm so this lady just starts laughing like a fucking maniac we had to stop and pause for a second because of how disruptive she was and she came walking up like close enough for I can she her and I'm pretty sure she was like not well like mentally, in my opinion I think it was schizophrenia or maybe she was in a manic episode or smth but my other thought was that she was possessed and something about how she looked idk how to explain it but it's the eyes she reminded me of someone. But I'm sure, I'm positive that it was Tiffany (Tiffany will be explained maybe in the future). Well so that kinda ruined my day cuz now I'm paranoid (O_O).

Hello welcome to my introduction (≧∇≦)/

Hii (･.･ﾉʰⁱⁱ I'm PinkBat, I will like to start of first of what are my interests, one of my interests is music (≡^∇^≡)

Type of music I like:

it's sorta complicated, there's LOTS of genres of music I like but I'll try to shorten it up, I like metal music mmm hmm 😼👍I like lots of sub genres of metal mainly black metal and death metal, rock music, lots of goth music ( ͡ ͜ʖ ͡ ), punk music, emo music too, l also like pop music but I feel like I'm more of a bigger fan of different decades of pop music like 80s or 70s anything under 2015 LOLL and I also LOVE BUT LOVE!!!! VKEI MUSIC!!! I WOULD DIE IF VKEI MUSIC WAS NEVER CREATED!! (ㅅ˙³˙)♡ AHHHH!!!!! but anyways another genre I like is electronic music to be specific I like TECHNO!!!! to be extra more specific I like HARDCORE TECHNO!!! One more thing I like dungeon synth and tänzelcore but yeah you guys there's probably more genres I like but like I said I'm trying to just keep it short and simple :3

Now y'all don't mistake me of being part of TCC because I'm not. I like true crime, I always have wanted to be a criminologist and have found interest in researching about true crime cases ever since I was 8, it's just something super interesting and frightening to know that we live among these people who have done insane stuff to their own kind literally human harming another human even animals like I'm not talking about hunting like that's different but there is just people out there that would umm do it.. with an animal or with a human WHO IS DEAD. Dead or alive, doesn't matter because us humans have done stuff that we didn't even knew that we are capable of doing or possible of doing, humans are the only species that only kill to kill.

Another thing I find interest in is Psychology 🥸

Why I like psychology (゜-゜) ʷʰʸ:

🤔ᴴᴹᴹ What I like to learn about psychology the most is different mental disorders and to learn how these mental disorders even happen in the first place and how mental disorders not just effect the person with the mental illnes but the people around them, most importantly the actions of a lots and lots of mental illnesses cause, these actions literally cause people to go to jail so yeah overall I just want to know why mental illnesses cause people to act a certain way and I just want to know what goes on in their mind yk. I'm lowkey a therapist dawg 🤷‍♀️ oh and my therapist called me intelligent cause I'm very aware of mental disorders and about the human mind :D 🥸

A analog series I've been getting into is labo tapes :3 pretty interesting but I don't recommend watching it at night especially if you already have sleeping problems 😹 I also like this YouTube channel called dark mind they are a horror artist and analog horror creator I think the vids are pretty cool 😼👍 I also like this analog series called magnitoshakhtinskaia it's a Russian analog horror series, I dont speak Russian myself so I just put on the subtitles to understand it but trust me it's peak 🙏, I also like Gemini home entertainment (≧∇≦) another YouTube analog horror channel I like is called doctor nowhere really cool channel hope they post more in the future 🤷‍♀️

What I write about ✍️:

I write a lot on paper I have notebooks filled with writings, but what do I write about in those notebooks? Well I only write about 2 things 1 is true crime and 2 is love letters (that I will never give to anyone) but yeah I mostly write in paper but sometimes online too I did write about true crime cases on my old account but I deleted it by accident for sum reason :{

Ofc that's probably not all of my interests but I'll probably post my interests on here in the future :D

Ok first thing first im not telling my age but all you need to know is that im a minor!!!!
