I spent way too long on this character sheet then I needed to 💀 but I hope to the few people that see this, you enjoy how pretty it looks 👍 it’s so weird to see the progression of a character i made when i was in elementary compared to now, but I’m glad she turned out the way she did, (and yes i am aware of the fact one of my other Oc’s is also named Belle, but technically it’s all the same character, just different universe 💀) I made a playlist as well that somehow also has 2 saves- so that’s cool I guess-

I finally got around to actually DRAWING my dnd character “Belle”Also excuse some of the poor grammar in the character sheet, her race is also “reborn”, a newer race from dnd 5th edition,

Some facts about Belle

- she died at the age of 20, from murder on her birthday.

- she spent roughly over 100 years in an attic in the middle of a forest, hung up by strings that bound her (think of a knotted up puppet).

- she is 120 years old

- her body is ball jointed, and made of bone china (her bones were used in the process of making her new body).

- Her backstory is heavily inspired by Aya (from mad father) and Astarion (from bg3)

- the golden cracks on her face and body is done irl in a practice called “Kintsugi”, it’s also added for symbolism.

- her outfit is in the style “ouija”, a masculine counterpart of “Lolita” fashion.

- she can’t feel pain due to having no organs, nerves, and other human body functions, so she is sometimes more reckless in battle

- extremely emotional and sensitive (hides it however)

- her personality was inspired by Wyll from bg3

- she carries around an old music box she had when she was little, and is very sentimental about it.

- while her hair and body type was the same, her appearance was adjusted and modified when her new body was created to make her more appealing.

- her voice claim is Ballora from fnaf sister location, but was originally blue diamond from Steven universe

- to no one’s surprise, she is based off my own trauma and personal experiences 💀

- if she was a character in bg3, her relationship status with the other characters would probably look something like this:

Baulders Valley 3: Snufkins adventure

Snufkin is going out of moomin walley for a little bit, he also met some new friends :)

I had originally made him a ranger, but a bard suited him better, I couldn't give him a his mouth organ however, so I gave him a flute :)

I decided to draw both my Tav “Belle” and my Durge “Aiyanna”, Funnily enough when I made belle I took inspiration from Madoka for her look in game, and made Aiyanna look more similar to how I look irl (minus the scars and tattoos).

This has been on my mind for years ever since I found out about BB and A thank God someone is pointing this stuff out

I feel like there’s something very cultish about Wammy’s House. I looked up common characteristics of cults and found these similarities:

Recruitment: The residents at Wammy's House are some of the vulnerable humans imaginable, not only children who are impressionable and helpless by nature but specifically orphans who by definition don't have anywhere else to go, have no other ties to the outside world such as family or other adults to advocate for them or help guide them in life, and are completely dependent on the Wammy's House for their care. 

Isolation: Recruits are whisked away to an isolated and secretive place which is likely in another country or even across the world, where their pasts are erased, identities are stripped and re-assigned. Like previous mentioned they inherently have no ties to the outside world, which leads into the next trait...

Control over members lives: As a private orphanage/school Wammy's House controls every aspect of its children's lives and they are only allowed the freedoms, opportunities, direction and experiences the institution provides and permits them. It also establishes their life goal for them and monopolizes all their time, thoughts and physical energies in service to the institution's vision.

Us-vs-them mentality: The idea that this an elite and fundamentally special group of people, the world's most gifted children, with a special purpose. Where belonging is proven through the competition in an environment where the kids are publicly measured against each other and with the underpinning implication that their value and potential as humans is tied to their performance. This also raises the question of what happens to a child who is brought in but then fails to perform at the high level expected, are they shunned - cast out back to another orphanage that is perhaps not so materially nice and permissive with its kids?

A charismatic leader: How the entire organization revolves around the veneration and almost religious ideation of a human leader (L) who is the living embodiment of a practically unreachable ideal and to whom members proclaim zealous loyalty.

Apocalyptic thinking: The stated purpose of the house is centered on waiting for the unavoidable cataclysmic event of their charismatic leader's death and about how the new order will be established after.

Conformity and control: All of this happening within a closed-system echo-chamber environment.

So yeah, those boxes get checked. I'm sure it's all fine and none of the orphans will come out of that system messed up at all though, right?
