it pisses me off soo much how hard eating has gotten i used to love and enjoy many foods i liked eating i looked forward to meals. now it’s kind of hard to see eating as rewarding in any sense when i have to fight myself through eating a bagel or whatever and then still feel hungry afterwards
#its better now that im taking less medication and there are times i do want to eat or feel snacky#but its still rare and most days i have to force myself through a meal 3 times a day and i still know i didnt eat enough but i cant#do it anymoreee and i have to decide on what to eat every time but i hate thinking about it#its lunchtime can u tell?
