Oh! I've got lore facts about those legends! (They can all be found here in the ONE legends article.)
Kethek was designed to be a symbol of Urabrask and Sheoldred's rebellious alliance, but she's not actually a new character (which the article doesn't mention). She was already around at the time of Scars block as a Furnace inhabitant, so she must've been compleated/modified a second time by the two praetors together.
As with most other multicolor New Phyrexians, Migloz's Gruul alignment indicates mobility. He was also originally a Furnace Phyrexian, but took a liking to the Hunter's Maze when he drilled down into the layer during the spheres' construction. This would technically suit your definition of deviance, though I don't know how frowned upon it is from the Furnace's end.
Ovika is actually a proto-dominus, and very much symbolizes Phyrexian deviance in my opinion. He rose from Mirrex instead of any Phyrexian sphere, and built his own body after his whims. He pursues his own curiosity rather than any agenda of conquest, and simply sees the world as fascinating instead of something to be controlled or overtaken. I don't know why his creature type is Nightmare when the other domini are Horrors. Speaking to your point, it's very interesting that the "deviant" dominus was made Izzet. The artist did mention that his original concept was of a multicolored dominus.
Ria, Venser, and Malcator are all examples not of interfaction mobility/rebellion but of the additive nature of color identity in compleation. Loxodon are typically white-aligned, and Malcator was compleated into the blue Progress Engine. Venser was mono-blue and Sheoldred, specifically, recovered his body to repurpose into a war machine. Ria Ivor was a white-aligned Auriok hero, and though the Planeswalker's Guide doesn't specify which faction compleated her, it's likely the Thanes were partly involved (though her mechanics are a blend of Mirran and Orthodoxy, and zooming into her art, she looks to be at least partially porcelain).
There are more multicolored legends and characters in Alchemy: Phyrexia. Surprisingly many, actually--I recommend looking through the card gallery, which sadly doesn't include the flavor text (you can find that on MTG Wiki). For our purposes I'll only include the sapient Phyrexians, plus an honorary mention to the Auriok glistener Arek, who is not yet compleated.
Arek is an Auriok who secretly turned to the Phyrexian side after witnessing Sheoldred's glory.
Gyox is a champion of Sheoldred, but also won renown in the Hunter's Maze due to her predatory prowess.
Innovative Metatect is a Progress Engine member. Other information is not given. I assume their case is like Malcator's.
No information on Quicksilver Lapidary, just my speculation in the previous rb.
No information on Seething Skitter-Priest. (Although WAIT are those Progress Engine eyestalks? Even though the Phyrexian is Orzhov? Huh??)
Vexyr is Ich-Tekik's "living legacy"--I assume he is Ich-Tekik's core-born child much like Ixhel is Atraxa's, and no hints are given as to his multicolored identity as his parent is mono-green. I'm guessing that similarly to Vishgraz, he's Bant because he includes parts from all three colors of Phyrexians. Jury's out on how this is seen societally, though I don't think Vorinclex/the Swarm care nearly as much as Norn would.
My possibly-controversial opinion is that I don't think Phyrexians are actually that into compleation like, as a kink, on a population-wide scale
It's definitely recognized as potentially kinkable but for most of them it's just the thing they got done to get through puberty
#this isn't really horny anymore it's just me being insane about lore again#which i do enjoy#i mean. i CAN definitely be horny about these guys#but this was just a loredump

Ooooh, I really like this take. It would make a lot of sense that what's considered the most deviant/taboo, and therefore enticing by those who are into that kind of stuff, is a second transformation unsanctioned by the Phyrexian state. Something that violates the known order and roles of society.
I wonder where the Quiet Furnace plays into this? They just seem the most freeform with their own compleations, and with their ethos of freedom and reforging I wouldn't be surprised if redoing that process to one's own changing preferences was not only known but encouraged (in the more liberal furnace sectors, at least).
I would not be surprised if Orthodoxy propaganda about the Furnace painted them as a den of kinky depravity, which of course accomplishes the opposite of its intent and just makes rebellion sound more appealing.
I'm not quite sure what's going on with Quicksilver Lapidary. Judging by the way her modifications are layered she seems like a Furnace Phyrexian re-compleated into Progress Engine style, implying a loyalist conversion which is weird. But then again the card Mox Opal when associated with Phyrexians has been linked with rebellion, and the fact that she has both her colors so prominently featured makes me feel like it's a deliberate creative choice on her part, which would be, as you mentioned, deeply taboo. So there's a potential illustration of your point outside of Abzan colors! That's pretty neat!

"I have unrealistic kinks so I guess it's jacking off to weird porn forever for me" NO. What you need. Is a good sex partner. Who knows how to get creative in the theatre of the mind.
Service doms who crave giving specialised service exist and they'd love to turn you into a cube and pry you apart at the vertices if that's what you want in a scene.
Service subs who crave giving specialised service exist and they'd love to become your pet centipede for a night if that's what you want in a scene.
ALL kink is playing games. Puppy play is fantasy as much as vore is fantasy as much as fauxcest is fantasy as much as dollification is fantasy etc etc. Don't be scared to get creative with it. You might just find the best sex of your life down there in the weird stuff.

btw, I haven't forgotten about this, they've just been tucked away because unfortunately I do not control when I have the time or inspiration to write (especially now that I'm in the pre-con crunch time).
I'm always open to and appreciate new ideas, I just can't promise a rapid turnaround on them.
I want to return to writing more again, so I invite you all to submit ideas/prompts for short microfics on here! They can be just an idea, or include cards, specific kinks, whatever!

The tragedy of my life is that I keep acquiring and displaying fetish art and having to be corrected by my friends.
Most recently, a friend came over my house and saw my computer background and went, "Wow, um, I didn't know you were into that." To which I look at the picture of the well drawn muscular female minotaur in historically accurate Greek clothing and I start geeking out about how I love the detail the artist did with the clothing and I point out the period appropriate folds and pins, how the artist even inserted the native plant that was used to dye the clothing this particular shade in the background, and even how the belt has technology AND historically accurate weaving patterns on it.
Then I start explaining how I love the muscular choices of the minotaur, that I was so impressed with the artist's anatomically correct depiction of the muscles converging into the neck. That many people get an upright cow's neck wrong because cow's don't have collarbones, so it can be very difficult to merge the upper arms and a chest of a human with a cow's body. I draw her attention to the beautiful way they've merged the pectoralis major so smoothly while also staying true to how muscular they've depicted the rest of the body.
I finish up with my thoughts on the artist's bold choice to depict the minotaur as a female, and despite the underlying themes of a minotaur being violence, child murder, strength, and muscles. I segue into how unlike bulls, cow are perceived as mothers. That they are the major source of milk in human culture, and that idyllic depictions of them in a field usually depict calves frolicking nearby, yet the minotaur kills and eats children.
I finish and there is a long pause.
"Urban, this is fetish art." and she takes me to the artist's twitter and god dammit it's fetish art, not a bold statement on cultural perceptions of women and violence throughout history. I have been tricked again.
