Episode 12: Fish Upon the Sky

Special mention 2 -- We have seen too many shy boyfriends. PI GRABBED MORKS HAND AND SAID "I promise" DIABETES 😭 Give me the trope where "you steal one kiss, I steal 8 more" morkpi gave this trope to us. The moment when pi stole MULTIPLE kisses, I was already drowning in my own tears. Even when writing this, I can't stop myself from smiling. Pi treats mork with such gentleness and love, just like mork to pi in episode 5. My heart just scrunches up. Just thinking about this scene, clears my mind, and gives me so much joy. This is when I thought back to episode 1. We as fans have come this far. MorkPi has become our happiness every Friday. When they ended with the last kiss scene, I was a mess. When did I ever get so attached. Every Friday, I look forward to see MorkPi banter, pi falling in love, and mork being a confident flirt. I think a perfect song to describe my experience with fish upon the sky, is fallin for you by Colbie Caillat.

Even though fish upon the sky ended 2 weeks ago, I have it in my mind and heart 24/7. Every episode is honestly so overwhelming, I don't know how to deal with the wave of warmth I get everytime. I never knew I needed this series until I found it, it has become a necessity. Just thoughts about Morkpi can get my heart racing, emotions flowing. Through writing all these highlights of the 12 episodes, I really think that describing my emotions like lava out of a chocolate lava cake is extremely fitting. The feelings are warm, slightly sweet, slightly bitter. You can't stop the flow of the lava. But the flow is slow, controlled. The lava oozes out, like my emotions are just overflowing.

Special mention 1 -- I live for fast forwards because you get to imagine them dating through the 2 years. IMAGINE ALL THE DATES THEY HAD TOGETHER. Imagine all the firsts they had together holy shit. Then the "Sutthaya aye Sutthaya", got me on the floor. Relationship dynamics done right. Every detail was cute ok. The picture of mork on Pi's table? Cute af. That means pi's fam probably knows about mork already. Pi's tone of voice? Shows that he's super comfortable with Mork They probably had banters and arguments, making their relationship stronger. MORK AS A DOCTOR AND PI AS A DENTIST, BOYFRIENDS?? I can't take it in, too much--

"I never had friends. I was never in love. And then you came along. I don't want to lose you. You are loved by so many people. How can I say that... you are all mine? It just hurts. It hurts so bad to be judged by people. But what hurts me more is you being judged by those people too. If they hate you because you're with me, how can I be happy with that?"

After hearing this, you're telling me you didn't cry?? Ok this script, magnificent. I felt so free, pi probably free that way too. He said it. It really wasn't about him. I've said it many times too. Pi isn't selfish. He's the kindest, purest soul you'll ever meet. So kind that he'd rather give up on his love to protect Mork. This is so touching, it makes my heart soft🥺

And the acting. Pi smiled into the kiss. THATS the MOST beautiful kiss I have EVER SEEN. He is so happy and in love. Inside his head he's probably going "omg yes, yes I will be your boyfriend, yes I love you so much, yesyesyes" he really really loves mork. And this love created the most passionate kiss ever. Idk if phuwin was told to smile into the kiss like that, but that smile made my heart flutter and go "omg finally, this is so beautiful, I'm so proud." I didn't want it to end. And so it lives in my heart. Rent free. I turn to it when I'm sad, free therapy🤭

Special mention 1 -- 10/10 communication, I thought that Pi was gonna keep the morkbam thing to himself but wow when he actually said it, I was like,, "that's ma boy!!" MorkPi has the best couple dynamics I've seen in awhile. The fact that they had this talk, really brought their relationship further. In fact, I don't think I have any ideas for season 2, as I don't think there will be another big problem that crops up in their relationship. I'm not saying that they are perfect, I'm saying that their relationship is based on mutual understanding and is so healthy.

Phuwin Tangsakyuen, wow. You really like to make me cry:) I like how Pi said, "It's not them, it's me. I suck, I can't handle this kind of things." I broke at this:

Pi: they are saying I'm not good enough for you

Mork: and you believe them?

Pi: yes because I'm truly not enough for you.

Wow, never have I been so SHOCKED at a response. As sad as this scene was, I would like to applaud morkpi for having 10/10 communication. This is rare man. I honestly thought at he wouldn't say anything which is toxic to the relationship, but seen in so many others. Pi looked like he was gonna cry, I wanted to give him a bigbig hug. And the problem is his own insecurities. I mean yea he has been bullied, even now?? But other people really made him believe that he sucked. I can't imagine loving someone, but needing to deal with the stress and anxiety that came with self doubt. His feeling 24/7 probably would be like "yea I'm really not good enough. But I love him.. but don't let your sucky image ruin his. What a shame that Mork likes me" The thought of this makes me wanna sit him down and tell him how appreciated and lived he is. At this point rn, I don't think its wrong to to say that I'm a SIMP for Pi Pattawee. He deserves the world and so much more, because the world has forsaken him before, making him forsake himself and his loved ones.
