The image of the Goddess inspires women to see ourselves as divine, our bodies as sacred, the changing phases of our lives as holy, our aggression as healthy, our anger as purifying, and our power to nurture and create, but also to limit and destroy when necessary, as the very force that sustains all life. Through the Goddess we can discover our strength, enlighten our minds, own our bodies, and celebrate our emotions. We can move beyond narrow, constricting roles and become whole’.

Transformation/

All of us as beings have moved through some kind of transformation, change, shift, evolution. And we still are.

As some piece the fragments of their life back together in new ways others open brand new doors to opportunity. As some reignite with loved ones and feel the tenderness of human touch, others gain a deeper freedom within themselves. As some awaken from an internal spiritual slumber others are stepping into the light of their souls work.

As some grieve losses in many forms others celebrate defining moments.

Wherever you are it’s where you’re meant to be. You are transforming.

Capturing moments of transformation this year has been potent to witness for those who could and did decide to step into the frame.

The energy of transformation feels different for everyone, the Moments of reflection can be deep and powerful, light and graceful and everything in between.

The grief and self witnessing is both hard to look at and exciting to see and everything in between.

The one feeling that all who find themselves in front of the camera with me experience is self compassion.

This my loves is how we can raise our frequency. Self compassion.

For all that we have lived through as beings we can decide to come into the space of self compassion. This is where we begin to also lift the veil as a human race.
