How to choose the best Immigration Consultants
Given the complicated regulations and comprehensive process for International Visas, choosing an Immigration Consultancy becomes important. However, with so many organizations to choose from, it might be difficult to make a decision. Let’s take a look at the top five pieces of advices one needs to keep in mind while selecting an immigration firm:
1. Google Customer Reviews
As marketers usually say, nothing beats word of mouth when it comes to endorsement. In your internet investigation, be sure to check online reviews of your potential Immigration Consultancy. This will enable you to have information with first-hand, unadulterated feedback from people about the Agency.
2. Use of social media
Examine the potential agency's social media sites, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. This will give you the latest updates on the consultants.
3. Previous experience
Although this is not always the case, the finest Immigration Consultancy will have been in operation for a long time. If the company has experienced workers, look at their track record. You may also see if the firm's CEO has a good reputation and if you can simply contact the company if something goes wrong.
4. Safety and security
Good businesses have processes and policies in place to provide their customers peace of mind.
5. Perform a background check
Payment of lakhs of rupees to an immigration agency might sometimes be required when shifting to a new country. It also covers the fees charged by the government of the other country. You could feel apprehensive about paying such large sums of money. For your piece of mind, there are companies that conduct background checks on corporations or individuals.
Making the decision to relocate to Canada is a big one and it takes a lot of thinking and care. Immigrating may be a difficult and confusing process. To guarantee that you qualify for a visa or immigration procedure, it is advised that you have a comprehensive consultation with a certified Canadian immigration counsellor. More significantly, a licensed Canadian immigration counsellor should be open and honest about your prospects of obtaining the appropriate visa for you and your family. He or she can also make the Canadian immigration procedure a lot easier.
5 ways to avoid being a victim of identity theft:
1 - Anything that seems too wonderful to be true should be avoided.
Using a representative will not attract extra attention to your application or ensure that it will be reviewed or approved faster.
2 - Be wary of sales agents that push you to lie on your application.
It's against the law, and you might be denied admission or deported once you've arrived in Canada.
3 - Never sign blank application forms; only sign papers and documents that you can understand.
4 - Make sure your agent keeps you up to date on your application.
5 - Take care of your money and keep in mind the following:
· The government will never contact you and request that you put funds into a personal bank account.
· The government will never urge you to use a private money transfer business to send money.
· The government fees are in Canadian dollars and are consistent around the world.
· Get a signed receipt every time you pay your representative.

Make your Canada Immigration Dream Come True in 2021
Canada is cautiously opening its borders to fully vaccinated travelers starting on July 5, 2021, 11:59 pm EST. Only the eligible travelers who are fully vaccinated are allowed to enter Canada with no quarantine restrictions. For travelers who are not fully vaccinated, there are no changes to Canada’s current border measures.
213,000 jobs lost in the single month of January 2021. Unemployment levels hovering around ten percent. Such statistics about the Canadian economy can make you wonder whether there’s any point in trying to find a job and immigrate to Canada.
With one in ten members of the Canadian work force staring at unemployment, how can there be demand for a foreign skilled worker? Well, the numbers present a completely different picture once you focus on the details.
Loss of more than 200,000 jobs sounds very bad. However, virtually all the jobs lost were part-time jobs of two provinces that were forced to reintroduce lockdowns to control the spread of the pandemic.
Ontario and Quebec saw a surge in cases and had to opt for lockdowns again. Seven out of the other eight Canadian provinces actually saw job gains. So, barring the disproportionate impact of the two provinces, the overall job setup was actually positive for the month.
The shutdown in the two provinces led to job losses in sectors like accommodation, food services, retail trade, and recreation. However, other sectors actually added jobs. Construction added 40,000 jobs while Healthcare and social assistance to added 20,000 jobs.
Sector-wise analysis too shows that the overall economic setup is positive with negative impact restricted to sectors affected by the second lockdown.
Analysis of the kind of jobs lost too shows that only part-time jobs were lost. This means employers did not let go of their permanent full-time workers, which clearly shows that there is a lot of confidence among Canadian businesses.
Age-wise analysis of jobs lost shows that the 15-24 age group lost 108,000 jobs while those aged between 25-54 lost 107,000 jobs. This shows more inexperienced youngsters and student workers were let go while the working-age population was relatively more protected. Finally, Canada has actually seen a increase in full-time employment levels. It is just 2.7 percent below pre-pandemic levels.
Employment Data and Your Immigration Strategy
The headline number may look bad but that doesn’t mean you can hit the panic button just yet. The underlying situation is much stronger and stepping back on your immigration plans can leave you at a huge disadvantage in the future.
Actionable 1—Be Aggressive
The long-term strength in the Canadian economy remains unaffected, which means you must be aggressive in planning your immigration strategy. There’s nothing to be gained by waiting till 2022 to submit your Express Entry application.
Assess your eligibility, calculate your CRS score and get into the EE pool at the earliest. A low CRS score is not a very big problem now that Canada has conducted a EE draw for CEC candidates with a minimum score of just 75 points.
Actionable 2—PNP is Equally Important
The pandemic’s economic impact has not hit all provinces in the same way. The Atlantic provinces have been hit less hard than other provinces. Ontario may have been hit hard but the fact that it is a hub for technology and for life sciences means its recovery will be equally strong.
So, look for new streams or updates to the list of in-demand occupations of various provincial nomination programs. Being in the Express Entry pool at the right place and time can help you secure the 600-point PNP boost without any difficulty.
Actionable 3—Make Yourself Valuable for Canadian Employers
A job is not a mandatory requirement but having a job offer from an eligible Canadian employer can give you a good shot at working and settling in Canada. Instead of waiting for a miracle, why don’t you focus on ways to boost your value for Canadian employers?
Mastering French and showing high proficiency in English as well as French can open up Francophone programs for you. Canada is very keen on settling French-speaking immigrants outside Quebec.
Devoting an hour towards learning French can make a huge difference in six months. The same applies to post-graduation courses and qualifications or even professional training courses. Keep adding value to your resume so that Canadian employers find it impossible to reject your application for a job.
Actionable 4—Give Yourself Advantage of Professional Immigration Assistance
A Do-It-Yourself immigration plan works when you have a textbook profile with no gray areas. However, real life rarely fits textbook scenarios. This is where a professional immigration expert in Canada can make a huge difference.
From a thorough assessment of you eligible for Express Entry to ranking PNP streams in terms of your chances, an immigration attorney can help you take control of your Canadian dream. Every crisis is an opportunity. The only thing you need to focus on converting the Covid-19 pandemic into an opportunity to transform your life forever.
Move for Better Future & if you need study permit, work permit, Temporary Resident Visa, choose Canada to enjoy a more relaxed, healthy, and affordable lifestyle. Our Canada Immigration consultants not only guide you in regards to different opportunities available in Canada but also assist you through entire process of applying for Immigration to Canada.

Study in Canada, Work & Immigrate
Canada is home to some of the world's best education and immigration options. It offers a wide variety of course options ranging from undergraduate diplomas to master’s degrees. The most popular provinces to study in Canada especially for International students are British Columbia, Ontario and Quebec, as these are home to many of the top universities.
International students in Canada enjoy the same freedom and social benefits as those offered to Canadian citizens. Canada has a hassle-free visa application process, possibility of paid internships on-campus as well as off-campus job opportunities. Students can get a post study work visa up to 3 years and can apply for permanent residence if required.
Through the years, more than 180,000 students have decided to study in Canada. If a student has decided to study in Canada from India, they will be charged lower tuition fees than counterparts in other study abroad destinations. For the past nine consecutive years, a UN survey has found Canada to be the best place in the world to live in. Study in Canada for Indian students is also seen as a pathway to PR which takes up to 15-18 months from within the country. Students are eligible to work off campus without a work permit for up to 20 hrs per week & full-time during course breaks. Several programs may even have a paid co-op term, where students get hands-on experience while working in the industry. Further, on the completion of their course, students can work up to 3 years depending on the length of their study program.
Benefits of Studying in Canada
Canada has made it easier for international students to begin their Canadian immigration journey. Whether you wish to begin your program at a Canadian college or university, you will be able to study online in your home country and still access the same benefits of being in Canada.
The reason for this is that Canada is allowing new international students to start their Canadian educational programs online, and still be eligible to obtain a Post-Graduation Work Permit after they complete their program. This is a temporary policy that aims to provide more flexibility to international students due to the global corona virus pandemic.
According to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), a student can complete up their entire Canadian program online and remain eligible for the PGWP.
The PGWP is important for international students that want to make their Canadian immigration applications more competitive. The combination of a Canadian education and Canadian work experience gained through the PGWP will enhance a student’s chances of obtaining Canadian permanent residence.
Hence, assuming that a student is currently enrolled in a qualifying two-year program at a Canadian college or university or other designated learning institution, they can get a full, three-year PGWP after completing their program as long as they complete 50 per cent of their program in Canada.
The benefits of beginning your Canadian immigration journey include:
Get peace of mind that you can start your Canadian program in your country even if you are unable to come to Canada in time because of a corona virus interruption (e.g., lack of available flights).
Canadian colleges and universities are currently offering their programs online for the 2020-21 academic years.
If you take a qualifying program at a Canadian designated learning institution (e.g., a college or university) of at least two years in duration, you can get a full, three-year Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP). A PGWP of this length will provide you with three years to get enough qualifying Canadian work experience to become eligible for more immigration programs.
Beginning your program online can make studying in Canada even more affordable for you. Canada is already more affordable to study in than the likes of the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, and Australia. This temporary PGWP policy enables you to save on several months of living costs in Canada while you remain in your home country.
If you are like most study permit holders, you will be legally eligible to work in Canada for any employer as soon as you arrive to the country. Under the terms of most study permits, you can work for up to 20 hours per week during your program, and full-time during regularly scheduled breaks such as winter and summer breaks.
Your spouse or partner is eligible to obtain an open work permit to work for any Canadian employer during and after you complete your studies. You can also bring your children with you to Canada and they can attend one of Canada’s public schools without needing their own study permit.
Once you complete your program, you will get a Canadian degree, diploma, or other credentials that will be recognized and respected by Canadian employers and government authorities. This credential will help you integrate into the Canadian labour market and gain more points under a variety of federal and provincial immigration programs.
Pursuing Canadian studies will also help to enhance your English and/or French skills. Stronger language skills will support your economic and social integration in Canada and also help you obtain more points under Canada’s immigration programs.
If you want help finding the right program for you at a Canadian designated learning institution, whether it is a college, university, or other type of designated learning institution, please complete CanadaVisa’s Study Assessment Form so that we at can assist you as soon as possible. Improve Your CRS Score For Canada Express Entry
One of the easy options to migrate Canada is to obtain a Permanent Resident (PR) visa through Express Entry program. The Express Entry system is the first step under these programs. Individuals need to score at least 67 points to be eligible to migrate to Canada as skilled workers. The factors that will be assessed include skills, work experience, educational qualifications, English language proficiency and others.
The Express Entry is based on a Comprehensive Ranking Score, also known as CRS, which is given to each and every candidate who has submitted an application for immigration under the system. The score is computed based on the following factors:
· Factor 1 : AGE
· Factor 2 : EDUCATION
· Factor 3 : EXPERIENCE
· Factor 4 : LANGUAGE SKILLS
· Factor 5 : ARRANGED EMPLOYMENT IN CANADA [LMIA approved ]
· Factor 6 : ADAPTABILITY
AGE – MAXIMUM 12 POINTS
Points will be awarded to applicants for their age. They can obtain a maximum 12 points. The age calculation is done from the day your application is received.
EDUCATION – MAXIMUM 25 POINTS
You can score a maximum 25 Canada immigration points for your education. If you have an overseas education you must have an ECA report from an authorized agency. Educational Credential Assessment report evaluates whether your overseas degrees/diplomas are on par with Canadian education.
EXPERIENCE – MAXIMUM 15 POINTS
Canada immigration points will also be incurred for your work experience. You can obtain points for the number of years you worked full-time that was paid and a minimum 30 hours weekly. An equal amount of part-time work is also eligible. You can obtain a maximum 15 points for this factor, as quoted by Canada

ADAPTABILITY – MAXIMUM 10 POINTS
You will be offered points based on your past study, work, and relatives in Canada. Your Common-Law-Partner or Spouse if immigrating to Canada with you can also incur additional points under the adaptability.
How to improve your Express Entry CRS score?
A candidate will need to apply for the Canada PR through the Express Entry pool in order to obtain a Canadian permanent residence visa. If you are applying from outside Canada, you can take the following steps to boost your CRS scores.
1. Take a View of Your Application
Generally, applicants tend to be too focused on only one factor at the cost of others. It is important to remember that points can be scored in a number of areas. It is advisable to consider each and every factor and look for ways to improve. Our Canada Immigration Express Entry Consultants can help you in preparing your application to increase the CRS score in each of the areas.
2. Apply for a Provincial Nomination
The best way to automatically go to the top of the Express Entry pool and get an ITA with almost certainty is to apply for provincial nomination. Each province has different occupations on its priority list. Identifying and applying to those provinces, which have your occupation as a priority occupation, will definitely improve your odds of obtaining a provincial nomination and consequently an Invitation to Apply. The provincial nominations can tend to fill up within a few hours of being opened and it’s therefore important to be alert with respect to Provincial Nomination Program announcements
3. Apply for Job in a Skilled Category
If you can manage to secure an employment offer in a skilled profession in a company in Canada, this can provide you with 200 additional points for your CRS score. This can improve your chances of obtaining an ITA dramatically. You can choose to apply online for the various jobs in Canada, if you can afford it, then you can even visit Canada and apply in person after conducting an on-the-ground search for a job. You will be able to visit employment fairs and also understand the environment and culture from your visit.
4. Go Back to School
Not literally, but improving your education profile, by studying for an additional degree can improve your prospects for receiving an ITA. The Canadian Express Entry system will provide an additional 30 CRS points for those who have obtained a post-graduate degree. You will get additional bonus points if you have completed your education in Canada at a designated learning institution. Additionally getting your qualifications assessed for ECA, can improve your scores.
Canada invited another 6,000 Express Entry candidates to apply for permanent residence on April 29. Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) invited candidates with scores of at least 400, and whom may be eligible for permanent residence through the Canadian Experience Class. This is the second lowest score ever for a CEC-specific draw.
As per the tie-break rule, candidates who had the minimum score of 400 were only invited if they submitted their Express Entry profile before April 24, 2021 at 15:24:49 UTC. IRCC publishes the cutoff time for the tie-break rule as an administrative requirement, regardless of whether there was an actual tie.

Maximum Age for Canadian Immigration?
There is no specific age limit requirement for any Canadian immigration program. That said, in most categories of economic immigration, applicants 25-35 receive the maximum points. That doesn’t mean older applicants cannot be selected. Having substantial work experience, high language proficiency, connections to Canada, and advanced education can easily offset any points lost for age in economic immigration.
Family sponsorship and humanitarian and refugee immigration to Canada do not use a ranking system and therefore do not have any penalties for age whatsoever.
Is it Easy to Immigrate to Canada?
With over 80 pathways of immigration, Canada has a range of options for all types of applicants. That said, moving to a new country requires some effort. Some immigration programs require higher qualifications and more documents than others. Using the services of a Canadian immigration lawyer can greatly assist in the immigration process from start to finish.
Canadian immigration lawyers are the point of contact with the government for your application. They handle the submission of your application and advise you on the documents you need, the ones you might want to include, and the documents you should not provide.
Do I Need a Job Offer to Immigrate to Canada?
No. The vast majority of all Canadian permanent residents do not have a job offer in Canada when they apply. While some Canadian immigration programs require applicants to have a Canadian job offer, there are a range of programs and options available to foreign nationals without an offer of employment in Canada.
Fastest Way to Immigrate to Canada?
The fastest method of immigrating to Canada is through Express Entry. Express Entry processes most applications in six months or less.
Express Entry
Under Canada Immigration programs, ‘the express entry Immigration program ‘ is a system through which ,the Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) uses to manage applications for three major federal skilled worker immigration programs.
· Federal Skilled Worker (FSW)
· Federal Skilled Trades (FST)
· Canadian Experience Class (CEC).
As well, many provinces operate Provincial Nomination Programs (PNPs) streams that are aligned with Express Entry. Candidates who are eligible for one of the programs managed by Express Entry must submit a profile to the Express Entry pool.
All Express Entry candidates are then assigned a score based on their profile using the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS), regardless of the program for which they are eligible. This score is based on various criteria, including age, education, language proficiency, work experience, and connections to Canada. The highest-ranking candidates are issued invitations to apply for permanent residence in periodic Express Entry draws. Once invited, processing times are as fast as 6 months.
Federal Skilled Worker
All Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) candidates must have a minimum of one year of skilled work experience. However, this program does not require a connection to Canada, so it can be an ideal immigration option for foreign nationals living outside of Canada. Please note that the program does have strict eligibility requirements regarding work experience, level of education, age, and language proficiency.
Federal Skilled Trades
In order to qualify for the Federal Skilled Trades (FST) program, candidates must have at least two years of work experience in a skilled trade. This experience must have been obtained within the previous 5 years. As well, eligible candidates must have either an offer of full-time employment for a position lasting at least 12-months or a certificate of qualification in their skilled trade which is issued by a Canadian provincial or territorial authority.
Canadian Experience Class
The Canadian Experience Class (CEC) is an economic immigration program which requires some Canadian experience. Candidates must have at least 12 months of full-time, skilled work experience, completed in Canada within the previous 3 years. This program is not an option for foreign nationals who do not possess this Canadian experience.
