Ikki's pajamas appear to be inspired by Korean clothing. The top resembles a modernized durumagi (두루마기) and the bottoms resemble baji (바지). In short, she's wearing a Korean-style jacket and pants. In the early 20th century, East Asian pajamas were pretty similar to normal clothing, except that they were looser and made of softer materials like silk.
