“Oh,” he said, not saying anything else for a moment. “Well, I guess we didn’t exactly talk about doing that right now, so I guess I can understand that.” Teddy looked at her, shaking his head. “But I wouldn’t be upset, darling. Quite the opposite.”
"Really?" She said, feeling excitement well up. "B-Because I really want to be excited about this but I can't help but think of all the things that could go wrong." Elizabeth rambled off, always the worrier of the two. "I want you to open the envelope so we can know for sure."

“Oh.” Teddy let out a breath, relieved. It was a shock, yes, but better than where Teddy’s head had gone when he walked in. “Liz, you could have started with that. I thought something was wrong.” He took the envelope, but paused. “Wait, did you think I’d be mad?”
She shook her head. "No! Well- I don't think mad is quite the right word for it. Maybe upset? It's not like we exactly planned it so I wasn't sure how you'd feel. I'm not even sure how I feel about it."

"So Grandpa's birthday is really soon and I haven't gotten him anything. Would you put my name on your gift?" He asked his sister during their lunch together. "Actually- what did you get him because if it's shite then I'll go find something later."

Teddy turned to look at her, not really liking that he couldn’t ready the look on her face. He didn’t say anything, also not liking how she was still at the door after instructing him he might want to sit down. “You had testing done,” he repeated, following her numbly to the couch. “But you aren’t sick. Liz...” Teddy sat down like she said. “Usually you get tests done because you’re sick.”
Liz grabbed the envelope from the coffee table, sitting next to her fiancé on the couch. "I needed to be sure about something-" She said, holding the still closed envelope out to him. It was easier for her if he read it. It wasn't that she was so much worried about him being upset over her possibly being pregnant. But they weren't even married yet. Part of her had wanted to enjoy being married to him before going through all of this. "That should tell us if I'm pregnant or not."

Teddy walked in, still looking over a file he’d taken out with him from the office. He glanced up when he heard her voice and smiled. “Hi. It was good.” He shrugged off his jacket and leaned down to kiss her. “I wasn’t expecting you home from work before me, though. Everything okay?” Teddy questioned, having meant was everything okay at work. But then, halfway to the next room, he saw the look on her face. “Darling,” he paused, with a furrowed brow, and turned around to look at her. “Are you okay?”
Liz hesitated for a moment but knew she couldn't put it off any longer. She'd let the results sit in the office for days before she worked up the nerve to go pick it up. "So we should probably sit down." She said, finally moving from where she'd been stationed by the door. "I'm not sick but I had some testing done and wanted to open the results with you."

Liz had been freaking out the last two weeks and she knew that Teddy had realized something was off about her. But she wasn't sure how- or if- she should tell him if she wasn't even sure. They hadn't even been trying. She'd taken an at home test a week ago and when that was positive she'd asked for an official blood test at the hospital. She held the results in a closed envelope in her hands.
As soon as Teddy walked through the door she greeted him with a small but nervous smile. Kissing his cheek she said, "Hey- how was your day?" She started off, not exactly sure how to lead into everything.

“Mm. Hi to you too,” he commented, a little taken back by the greeting. Brow raised, Teddy walked over to her. “I might promise? But you’re starting to freak me out, so I don’t know if I can actually make that promise.”
Liz paused, knowing how silly it was going to seem. "I've lost our daughter. She's somewhere in this house but nowhere to be found." Iris had very specific hiding spots that she would usually go to, so a game of hide and seek was fairly easy. But it seemed like the girl had discovered a new hiding spot. "I've checked all her usual spots and I'm pretty sure she's camouflaged herself somewhere."

Liz wasn't sure if Teddy was home early, or if she had lost track of time. Either way she was surprised when he walked through the door. "Okay- I need you to promise me you won't freak out." She said, mostly because she was starting to freak out over the current situation.

Bite my tongue, bide my time. Wearing a warning sign. Wait ‘til the world is mine. Visions I vandalize, cold in my kingdom size. Fell for these ocean eyes. You should see me in a crown. I’m gonna run this nothing town. Watch me make 'em bow : One by one by one. You should see me in a crown. Your silence is my favorite sound. Watch me make 'em bow : One by one by one.

"I need you to sue my dad for emotional and physical distress." She said, collapsing on the chair. "I think he's trying to kill me."

Lily looked suspicious for a moment before deciding that even if he was just amusing her, she would accept whatever enthusiasm she got. "Well I was thinking this arrangement for the bouquets. And then we can go with that color scheme for the flowers on the table arrangements." She said, flipping to show him the various cut out photos.

Lily frowned at his lack of enthusiasm. “Oh I’ve already spoked to her and will definitely be planning even more with her later- but your opinion is important too! It’s not me and your Mum who are getting married.”
Draco noticed the look on Lily’s face and he knew he had to school his features to at least pretend he was excited about all the wedding planning. “Lily, I’m just happy to be marrying your Dad and i’d do it even in a barn. So, I’m glad to give you the full control of the wedding reception. So, which idea do you like the most?" he asked, pointing at the binder in his hand as he flipped through the pages.

"Oh stand still for just a moment won't you?" Luna asked the person in front of her. Slowly, she carefully took the Bowtruckle off their back. "Now we've talked about this, it's extremely rude to climb on people without their permission! Now apologize." She scolded. The bowtruckle in question simply crossed their arms and looked away. "I'm so sorry- they tend to be rather sassy creatures."

“Wait, what?" Teddy blinked, not able to get in any sort of response because his sister shot off a dozen questions at him before he could. “I would go to neither. Because Dad’s my dad and Draco’s like my dad and that’d be weird on both accounts.” He raised a brow, amused, and smirked. “You know they’re like 50, right? And have people who’d do that for them. Might want to leave the wedding enthusiasm to whenever Cassie gets married,” he teased.
She rolled her eyes, "Why would it be weird? It'd just be like a fun party- plus it's not like they'd be going to a strip club or something. Or else I hope not. They're both way to old to actually do anything crazy." She shrugged. "Oh don't worry- I will have plenty of enthusiasm when that day comes but I also know Cassie will take the reigns and I'll likely have to plan with Marcie as well. This is my time to shine considering I'm probably never getting married at this rate."

"Are you going to plan a bachelor party for dad?" She asked, genuinely curious. "Or- are you going to throw one for Draco? They probably won't even have one right? If they did, don't those usually happen at the same time? Which one would you go? I guess you could go to one and Charlie could go to the other."

“Darling, not everyone thinks about that name weight,” she smirked. “I just never wanted to be the socialite who doesn’t work because she’s living off her family. And for some reason, despite having two waiting for me at home, I actually like working with the little demons. Speaking of my demons,” she looked at her completely serious. “I need you to help me not murder our fathers at their party. I’m 99 percent positive my child is getting a horse.”
"Well I can certainly stop that- though I can't stop them from giving her a horse." She laughed. "I would give your child one if she asked me, and I can't be a hypocrite." Lily paused. "Wait if Ilsa gets one the Iris is going to need one! I should make sure that gets arranged. cause that kid can be scary when she gets jealous."
